This place is a joke and needs to be shut down. Huge line in the drive thru. Every single car sat at the speaker for 3-4 minutes waiting. Once I got a little closer to the speaker where you place your order and I could hear a little better I noticed every single car had to say “hello” to get someone to acknowledge them after sitting for 3-4 minutes. The person behind the speaker sounded absolutely miserable. Same situation with me, I waited and waited and waited hoping it would be different and I wouldn’t have to do the awkward “hello”, but I did. It worked. The girl at the window didn’t speak, just a completely emotionless straight face. I tried to lighten the awkwardness with “how are you and thank yous” but the lack of response made it a little more awkward. Not only that but she took her time with any task that needed to be done. Everyone I could see through the window seemed the same way, as if they just couldn’t stand being there. If you’re that miserable working your job, maybe you should think about doing something else or even better just quit working and let someone that actually wants to work and needs money come in there and do it. Food definitely wasn’t worth the wait and the situation.
On a side note, I’m not one of these “mask people” but you’re in a restaurant handling my food, wear a mask, I have toddlers. I didn’t see one person wearing a mask or gloves. This place is probably infested with Covid. If you haven’t had it yet and don’t have the antibodies and you want them. Go here.
Edit: I saw other reviews that said this as well but it very well may have been due to being me being white and that’s why they...
Read moreI was at this restaurant with a friend because it was National Hamburger Day, and she wanted to use her Wendy's app to get a one cent hamburger.
When she placed her order, she told the cashier that her app wasn't working properly, but she wanted to order the one cent hamburger and a drink. The cashier acknowledged that the app hadn't been working, then at our request, asked the manager if they would still honor the price since their app was having a problem. The manager said no, so my friend paid full price for her hamburger and drink order.
When I placed my order for the #9 Ghost Pepper Ranch combo, I was told the price, then paid for my meal. While reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I had been charged more for my sandwich combo than the price posted on the menu. I showed the error to the cashier and asked that she refund the difference. She asked her manager to help her, and the manager said that the posted menu price was wrong and she had to go with what the register said the price was. I told her that I wanted the lower posted price, and she said no. I told her that I felt like they were stealing money from me and told her that if she didn't refund the difference, then I'd leave a bad Google review. She said she didn't care and to go ahead and leave it. Well, her indifference to them stealing money from me just made me more upset, so instead of them refunding the difference, I insisted that they cancel my nearly $12 order and refund the entire amount. The service was the absolute worst I've ever encountered by a fast food manager, and her indifference created a stressful atmosphere that was completely...
Read moreWorst customer service award definitely awarded to this location. Ordered 4 baked potatoes at drive thru at 5;24 pm on Saturday 03/17/18. The young lady who took my order was polite but had been told by manager it would be 15 minutes on baked potatoes. I hesitated but decided I would wait the 15 minutes. By the time they cleared the 4 cars ahead of me 10 minutes had expired when I paid at the window. The young lady explained there was 5 minutes left on the timer and asked me to pull forward. After waiting the 5 minutes when I pulled forward I continued to wait another 10 minutes. I had now waited 25 minutes and decided to park and go inside. The manager met me at the counter. I told her that I thought it was bad policy to tell a customer the wait time was 15 minutes when I had waited 25 minutes thus far and had to come inside & still had no potatoes for my family who were waiting at home. She stated that they were in the process of packing them now. Another lie. The manager went to the back and I never saw her again. 5 minutes later after raising my voice one more time I finally saw an employee packing my 4 potatoes in their plastic containers. My wait had been 31 minutes, not 15. Also employees should be careful that the customer does not hear them joking. When I was at the window it was said, "he must really want those potatoes. He could have bought them at the store & cooked them himself in that time." Yes, I definitely could...
