Wings & Grill — Restaurant in Greensboro

Ordered quickly online through google- told me it would be about 15-20 minutes. I got in my car and headed over there, I am about 10 minutes away...... I waited over 45 minutes for my food once I got to the restaurant. I got regular hibachi chicken and a side of lo mein with a sweet tea. The fried rice was NOT good, it tasted like straight up instant brown rice, no flavor. I was happy to pay $1 extra for noodles, those were actually good. The regular chicken was okay. But they had no sweet tea due to it being night time so I had to get something else. Not a terrible place, it was very clean inside, they are following COVID guidelines, the lady working the front was very apologetic and trying her best getting the orders out. I would go back and try a different hibachi with the noodles, and a different meat. But the inconvenience of having to wait so long for food that wasn't even that good. Wings and Grill need to be more up to date with their menu and wait times on Menufy. Also Menufy needs to be able to add and take off items on the menu, I cannot eat zucchini but I was not able to take it off my hibachi, there was no place to write that. Oh I also paid for extra mushrooms, and onions, and a side of white sauce and did not get it, Wings and Grill needs to read their orders better, and if they have too many orders they should be able to put a hold on orders. Overall, not a good first experience, I will try them again though to give them a second chance. I will not order through menufy, I would either call, doordash, or go in...

This is a place that has amazing food, but the experience of picking up is always a nightmare. The parking lot always has sketchy characters lurking around and the inside of the restaurant is often chaotic and uncomfortable, with usually a line of delivery driver waiting for their orders. I know the restaurant is making enough money to hire more cooks, but I feel like the guy who is in charge. Just refuses to relinquish that kind of power or split the money with somebody else. Early enough that type of control is probably hurting the business from expanding more. I’ve had to choose less quality food that was more convenient because I don’t appreciate having to wait an hour and a half to have it delivered or waiting up to 45-60 minutes. Just want to be ready for pick up, every time...

This establishment is not equipped to stay open past 12 considering their lack of staffing (1 cook, 1 cashier) and the increase in order volume after midnight. We paid for our food and after waiting a hour AND A HALF we were informed that our order was “still being worked on” when in fact it had been given away to someone else. Huge lack of organization, concern for patron satisfaction, and to top it all off the bathrooms 🚽 had no soap or paper towel along with a heavy urine odor.
