My wife and I could not say more positive things about Geiss and sons, we were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience from start to finish! We purchased both of our wedding rings there after shopping around (obviously) and after sorting through the myriad of cookie-cutter jewelry stores in Greenville, we both felt that we had gotten great personal attention at Geiss and sons and actively decided to return there to give them our business. Morgan was so incredibly helpful through the whole process and Mrs Geiss was also so pleasant and knowledgeable! Also importantly, they were able to get the diamond set and the bands back to us in a shorter than expected time frame, which was an added bonus. Furthermore, I had picked a band size that was probably too big, and they were able to get it sent back, and returned with a perfectly sized band with absolutely no fuss or issue! I mean, the customer service at this place is top notch. When I called back 4-5 months later to get an appraisal for the rings (to insure them), Morgan easily remembered me. This is the kind of place I’m going to keep in my back pocket for personalized attention and unique jewelry for the years moving forward, i.e. the exact opposite of your “Zales” and “Jewelry Warehouse” big brand type places! They are honest, trustworthy and most of all not sales people trying to sell you jewelry for the benefit of them.

Over the last couple of years I have been worked with Oksana one of Fernando's associates. She is extremely helpful in giving you her honest opinion of what styles, colors, etc will work the best for each client she works with. She is extremely friendly and just like the rest of the team, will go out of her way to ensure you are happy and comfortable in the decision you have made to purchase. In fact, I honestly do not believe that she would let you walk out the door unless she was confident that you were both happy and satisfied.

My first Mont Blanc Pen: The Starwalker FL Mont- 8485 So I had a couple hundred bucks credit at Geiss and Sons, what could I buy with 400 bucks? Well, I love watches, I really like a couple of Mont Blanc watches, I know Minerva makes the movements for Mont Blanc... So naturally I was intrigued with their pens. When I walked into Geiss and Sons, I was immediately greeted by Rosalie Kennedy, she was so helpful. She was very kind and I didn't feel in anyway that I was not important; just because I was shopping for $500 pen and not a 10k ring. The service was great, I ended up with a pretty nice Mont Blanc Roller Ball Pen at around $460, and she threw in an extra set of ink refills! Sounds cheesy; but this pen and all my watches will all go to my son. Its an investment for him! Thank you Rosalie; you are an excellent salesperson, very honest, not pushy and just full of information. I like that. I recommend Rosalie Kennedy at Geiss and Sons for any jewelry, watch, or pen purchase- she is the best! No regrets, happy with my purchase!
