Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Greenville

Where do I begin… this is my fourth time coming here in 3 weeks and each time the staff’s attitude was disgusting and they never had ANY of pretzels. The lady who makes the pretzels with the piercings in her lip has a horrible attitude because it’s a requirement to come in and do her job. The teenage girl who takes the orders never knows anything and gives ridiculous wait times for when the pretzels will be ready and when I say ridiculous I mean close to an hour. This morning I went there upon them opening and they had absolutely nothing they were the only store that didn’t have anything ready and said it would take 40 minutes . The last time I went it was the middle of the day and the girl told me it would take 30 minutes after charging my card already and the time before that the only thing they had were original salted and stated they were not making anymore. They either need a whole new staff or to just shut the whole stand down. There’s another stand downstairs and the staff is 100% better the only thing is they are not big enough to make certain types...

We visited this location today and they have a bunch of young kids working there that are extremely rude!! They were all laughing and cussing amoungst themselves and was completely ignoring the long line that was backed out in to the mall. I counted 4 families walked away from the line. Once we got to the register, the young girl was on her phone and drinking her drink while I was trying to order and she rang us up for the wrong thing and over charged us. As we were standing there, they were all more worried about gossiping about other employees, laughing and slandering other employees about their personal appearance and cussing. My daughter is standing there and it got to the point I asked her to walk down the mall while I waited on the order. I finally got our smoothies and pretzel dogs I said something about their language and them being rude and they started laughing and mocking me. Management needs to get a hold of this problem...

Worst experience ever! Was there Friday, the girl working ignored all of us customers in line. She literally stood outside the shop and texted on her phone for 10 minutes! Then she walked in the door and did the same. Stood there and ignored everyone. If I had not promised my daughter the pretzel nuggets I would have left. She then moved at the speed of a turtle to do a whole lot of nothing, finally mozied over and just looked at the customer in front of me. The customer had to ask if she was ready for her order. She never spoke to any of us, it was absolutely ridiculous behavior. Do better or close it down, paying customers should not have to deal with such rude and disrespectful employees. Clearly from all of you horrible reviews there is a problem...
