Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Greenville

My burger king experience. Awful On a scale of 0 to 5 and 0 being no problems and 5 being im never coming back we rate u a 10.

I asked for a Classic chicken sandwich. Large onion ring Large coke Two 6 piece chicken fries. Hershey pie

2 crispy chicken sandwich only chicken add cheese. Hershey pie Large coke

Two 6 peace chicken nuggets 1 woper only ketchup and mustard add chees Large coke Hershey pie

What we got was Only 2 cokes not our 3ed we pade for.

Crispy sandwich had lettuce on it and had to be sent back twice.

Told they dont sell 6pc chicken nuggets.

Only one 8 peace chicken frie had to order 2 more

Onion rings where to salty to eat.

The simple whopper only ketchup and mustard add chees was sent back twice because it had lettuce

Lady walks around the corner and cone and hands me the same burger as im checking it still wrong i speak up only to be asked by another employee whats wrong with it now Its still got lettuce

He replied hateful we are having to make it now. Then why did the original lady hand it back to me as if she already fixed it and walk away.

So insulted and wont be back

The Hershey pie where also put in upside down As was the burger so it fell out in his lap.

We spent $50 there to be treated like that and leave dissatisfied and with bad not fresh food.

Wont go back or ever recommend this...

So. This was my first time going to Braums since I moved here and my girlfriend and I wanted some comfort food and a shake. Sadly the shakes weren't being made but the young lady that took our order in the drive thru was amazing. She made the situation humorous to say the least. My girlfriend always tells me that she doesn't get why people naturally chat with me and last night it took the cake as she never experienced what we did last night. I hate that I didn't get any names.

The young lady was natrual with her responses and very comedic. Unfortunately, there were people in the line waiting on us as we were having a fun conversation while ordering food. She also talked me to into trying my first strawberry limeade and I honestly was surprised at how good it was seeing as I don't drink soda.

We got our food and went to drive off but realized my girlfriend didn't get her braums sauce so I went in to get some. The young man I spoke too was so sweet and kind hearted. He gave me the sauce and I was on my way.

However, the part that blew me away most was both of the employees wished me a BLESSED EVENING. I LOVE that they were not afraid to say this and that it seemed to come natrual at this location. This is a big deal for me as I am a follower of Jesus.

I went inside Braums super hungry and watched as one of the employees argued with a drive through customer about how it was the wrong ice cream. She proceeded to go to the ice cream counter and knock the ice cream back into the original container and then give them the right ice cream on the same cone. Boy I hope they weren't allergic to pecans as the first icecream had them.

Anyways. I ordered a jr bag of burgers and some strips (because I had never tried the strips and wanted to) and some fries. I work doordash and it's easier to eat tiny burgers throughout the day than to try and stop for dinner.

It took almost 30 minutes to get the food. I said thank you then left and unpaused my dash. I ate some fries and they were EXTREMELY salty. The burgers were old patties that were dry and gross. The chicken was either old or overcooked but definitely not strips. They were just small chunks of breading. I am extremely disappointed and won't...
