First Wok — Restaurant in Greenville

I just called maybe twenty minutes ago. Usually I have no trouble when I order . Yes the man who answers the phone is rude but I always ignore it! Anyways, my order was cheap because I’m low on cash but when he totaled it up it was way higher than usual ! When I decide to ask to “ make sure I have a receipt “ he says “ I don’t know what you’re talking about” . So I try to call again , to make sure I’m not just being mean or confusing because I’m hungry . When he answers and I begin to explain he asked for my number and lied to me with no problem saying I didn’t just call in but it was only five minutes ago. So instead of telling me hold on or trying to help he then says since you don’t want any of them nasty as frozen vegetables ( I added the obvious parts) he says “ you will get little chicken and two shrimp) and I just am shocked like I’ve never heard of that . He then just goes to the other phone and forgets about my concerns ! I just hung up and order from Marcos because they are awesome but first wok is trying to scam people . First time and last time to order from this restaurant. I made a $40.00 order from this place and just got it a little while ago . Went to set down and eat I had ordered 2 of the triple delight dinners which is supposed to be chicken beef and shrimp . One of ny dinners had 3 pieces of shrimp the other didn't even have 1 piece in it. I called and was told to recheck because the chef is sure he put it in there. Umm I'm setting here eating it and I kno what shrimp is I eat it all the time. I was told I could have a whole $1.50 discount the next time I prefer really wow a whole $1.50 Geeze no thanks I will never order from u again. And hung up. As I said first and last time I'll ever order again Thanks. Also looking over my bill I was crapped out of abt $8.00 or more because I ordered from menu online and prices are lower online than what they actually charge. So yes defiantly will NEVER order from here again. Food was delicious but food not being correct and overcharging losses...

I really wanted to try some of their food this evening..worked all day, husband tired so we came acrossed First Wok on google...when I tell you the lady Eva who answered the phone must have had a rock up her butt..would be an understatement!!!! Very very rude over the phone! She was very unprofessional placing me on hold without giving me a chance to say anything, then when she came back to the phone she huffed and puffed when I asked for menue options! I asked to speak to a manager or anyone other than her and she rudely said "she was the only one there" i guess this explains her rudeness..when I asked are you cooking the food too! She then said in a rude tone "dont worry I wont be cooking your food" I couldnt take her anymore and will never support First Wok or any business who treats their customers like we dont keep their lights on!!!! I hope no one has to experience Ms EVA!!! Bad attitude! Bad...
