The guy making the sub was so careful to listen to every detail. Thank you. I love my veggies but I didn't go to Jersey Mike's for a salad. I don't like too much lettuce in my sub. He also didn't overload it with oil and vinegar so the bread was soaking like it occasionally is when I visit the franchise. My 2 year old insisted on being barefoot (she's a country girl and third is Pitt county N.C. after all) but the floor was clean enough for her to walk on. The drink menu consisted of Pepsi products and sweet tea. I grabbed the daily special and a cookie which set me back over $10. I don't like being asked to tip the staff especially over a cents which it usually ends up being as the request of 10% or more and the meals start at $10 after tax. Jersey Mike's needs a better system to be accountable for failed deliveries. The manager said there was nothing he could do, about a 100 times. I disagree. He could have done the following: Call the driver and find out about my order. Give me the driver's phone number. Give me customer service contact for Door Dash. Direct me to Jersey Mike's customer service. Have a better system than shutting down a customer with a complaint other than repeating, "it's a third party issue." Complaint filed. Read moreI'm not really happy with my experience here. It was getting close to closing time, around 8:40pm when I went in. One of the workers were complaining nonstop about more people coming in. She was ready to leave. And I can understand that but it's unprofessional to act and speak the way she was. She even turned the open light off early. She was not happy when another customer walked in after that. Service was very slow. I asked her to add extra oil and vinegar but she put so much that the bread was not even edible it was so soggy.
