Worst service ever! I came to the store and ordered the big kahana reg size and a mini 8. They packed my bag then called me back because the cold sandwich was not made they have me the wrong one. The first sandwich was supposed to be a hit sandwich. When arrived back at work I began to eat the top sandwich that was out in the bag last that was the mini 8. The other sandwich wasn’t touched until the manager was ready to eat them showed me it was wrong. She had to wait at the time because lunch our isn’t forever! We called to complaint and the smart ass female wanted to argue that she gave us the chicken Philly. However you can tell when you put the sub in the bad it wasn’t hot. I even asked her before I left that was the chicken Philly because it said R8 right in the sandwich! Then she said we needed to bring back both sandwiches! Wouldn’t listen all she wanted to do is talk over me! Customer service my dear, you need to learn to shut your mouth while someone is talking to you about the problem as they are explaining it instead of running your mouth you have the right sandwich! This is a new location and I have been there 3 times! All 3 times the service was horrible and the sandwich’s sloppy! While I waited for the sandwiches to be made others were getting there’s before me! Then they asked what I ordered let’s check online orders and I said I gave you my order! No organization skills and poor cleanliness issues. Pick up a cloth laying on the back counter with gloves on to wipe the knife then go back with the same gloves to make sandwiches! Walked in to order takeout sandwiches for dinner at 6pm on Friday, January 26th 2024, and "Chris", a server, yelled across the dining room that they were closed. There were 5 patrons seated at the time. I asked another employee if they were really closed and she said Yes. I asked why and wasn't given an answer. I walked back to my vehicle and began searching for another restaurant for dinner and observed another 7 people walk into the store within 10 minutes walk in and be served. I reentered the store and approached Chris and asked again if they were closed. He replied that they were, and I looked around at the other patrons that entered after I was told they were closed and said, it doesn't look like you're closed, and Chris responded well we are. Jersey Mike's is hands-down my favorite sub shop! The freshness and quality of the ingredients truly set them apart. Every sandwich is made to order right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference. The bread is always soft and fresh, the meats and cheeses are sliced right there on the spot, and the toppings are crisp and flavorful.

I usually go with the #13 (The Original Italian) Mike’s Way—and it’s perfect every time. The balance of flavors is spot-on, and the portion sizes are generous without being overwhelming.

The staff at my local Jersey Mike's are always friendly, quick, and make you feel genuinely welcome. It’s a great place for a quick lunch or an easy dinner that never disappoints.
