If you want great customer service and a clean environment, go to the Moe's on Haywood Rd.
My experience at the Augusta Rd. Moe's has often been - not a very good one.
One of the managers is very rude. Some of the staff have nasty dispositions about them too.
I was treated like it was a bother for them to fix my food. There are several details I could give about this location, but I won't.
I live near the Augusta Rd. location, but I perfer to drive out of my way to get treated like customers should, and eat in a clean environment.
I was told that the Haywood Rd. location is not owned by the same people and it is evident as soon as you walk in the door. The Haywood Rd. staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.
In reading other reviews with problems, I see that the owner responds by telling the reviewers to come back.
It's like mockery to ask a customer to come back and spend their money, then "if" it happens again tell the manager.
In my experience the manager was the main reason why the experience was bad.
Telling customers to come back with out replying to the specifics of the review and what will be done to handle the issue the customer has right now is not good customer service. It's a lazy way to check off a response list.
I know sometimes owners don't know everything going on in their store. I would suggest that the owner of the Augusta Rd. location spend some time working in their store, or send someone to work undercover for them if they...
Read moreI went in to this location after tanning at the ultra tan across the street to get dinner because it was conveniently close. I went inside and looked at the menu for about 4-5 minutes, when I turned around to order the man (whose mask looked incredibly too small((his nose was out of it)) behind the counter, told me I had to have a mask or I couldn't be in there. I am not against wearing it but I will not go spend my money on one because I feel as if you require it, you should provide it. Well, I explained to him that I do not own one and if they had provided them? and he said no. I politely said well how am i supposed to get one then if they do not provide them. They did not suggest for me to wear my shirt over my face or even to find something in my car to cover my face with. He just said well if you do not have one you cannot order here and that it was mandated however EVERY place I've been has let me make that decision on my own. I sighed and was like I guess I cannot get food here then and he said guess so thank you have a good day. It made me very upset because I had worked all day and was looking for something quick and convenient. I will not return to this location again due to this situation. SO if you want to be hounded about wearing a mask, this is your...
Read moreUsually this Moe’s is perfectly fine, never really had any issues until today. Went in at around 1:30-1:45pm wasn’t busy at all, the staff was seeming to go very slow with orders though and when it came time for me and my fiancé to order the first gentleman who took our order was fine, but once we got to the young lady who put our toppings on she was very rude and just seemed like we were causing her so much trouble. Upon getting to the register to pay there was a man with a large order still waiting for his food, but the older woman working the register insisted on ringing us up even though we couldn’t get to the register. When my fiancé asked her if the order she had rung up was for us she rudely replied to him and then when we changed our minds about getting drinks she was again very rude. Finally after paying and getting our food I requested from the same girl who put our toppings on if we could get some more chips seeing as though not even a quarter of the bag was full, she was again very rude and acted very annoyed with me. Have to say this wasn’t a good experience and hope that they do something about their staffs customer...
