Sbarro — Restaurant in Greenville

Over the weekend my friends and were so excited to eat here since the one in our shopping mall had closed. We got up to the counter (with a long line) and we all stood there waiting for the girl taking our order to acknowledge us or… speak?…. She just stared at us and I even looked at my friend and asked her if we are supposed to order or just wait? She stared directly at me and did not speak a word. I then told her what I wanted and she put it in the oven and never said a word. Finally got the pizza out and the cashier (a young female too) stared at us and didn’t say anything either I didn’t even know what the total was or when to insert my card. The older gentleman was so sweet, my friend had to ask him if they had a certain type of pizza being made and he said he would have one soon since the young ladies don’t know how to properly speak 🙃. I noticed these girls did this with everyone. I’ve worked in retail most of my life and am probably the same age as these girls. I understand being busy and not being overly nice but this behavior was completely rude and disrespectful....

This place was the ideal spot for a quick bite. Walking with three young girl and my wife in the Haywood Mall on a Saturday night, of course everyone got hungry. Pizza is always the go to when you cant figure what to do. The staff (Miranda) was energetic and careful with taking our order. They made sure we got the best slice of pie we were looking for. The manager ( Nathan) was very polite in making sure he talked with my children and made them feel comfortable when receiving their food. As we were in conversation other employees (James and Fredrick) were superior at advising me the what to do's and why they love working at that resturant. With not being from the area, I am amazed and the level of customer service they render and it will make me return everytime! There arent too many times where you will find good food and outstanding service from a fast food resturant in a food court, but this one deserves...

I have eaten at Sbarro for many years in different locations. Was a great brand but my last 2 experiences have not been great at this location. Staff seams distracted causing me to repeat my choices 3-4 times. If they were busy I would understand but including me they had 2 customers. The food taste has also changed for me. Quality is not where it once was and price for a combo is within the cost of some buffets. Probably will not try again. I wish them well. Also, when checking out a customer please don’t step to the back talking and laughing on your cell while a customer is waiting on drinks. At least move...
