I had many issues before but I try to be patient and understanding especially since their staff are student workers at a fast food coffee shop. However today was the last straw for me. I've made a pick up order for a refersher on the starbuck app in the student center in-between my class for a pick me up. I waited 20mins for my order while people after me are walking out. (I try to be patient due to the college crowd) Then a barista ask me what I am waiting to tell me they "canceled" my order and I will need to go to the register to make another order. Read moreI usually order the same drink every time, and it’s easy to tell when the employees are attentive versus when they’re just going through the motions. I don’t understand how such simple orders can be messed up. I specifically ordered a banana nut bread, warmed, but it was handed to me as if it had just come straight out of the package.
For my drink, I asked for a Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade with two extra shots of classic sweetener/syrup, but it was completely watered down. On top of that, I had to repay to upsize because the barista wasn’t even listening to my order in the first place.

Read more25+ min order completion after receiving 1/2 the order (wrong coffee btw). Drive thru recieves preference despite 10 people in line waiting for their order. After going back up twice to ask if the order was almost ready (double espresso, not a lot of prep required) then they started working on it.
