Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenville

I come here when I have to l, because I like Taco Bell, but this might be one of the worst I’ve ever been to. Everyone I come, it’s shotty service at best. It always takes forever to get my order taken at the counter, the team doesn’t ever seem to be in a good mood to have to take my order, and today, I am having a problem with the app, where it will not allow me to order the item that I want. The item is an ‘online exclusive’ and it will not allow me to select it on my phone. The manager told me that “there is nothing I can do“. I suggested just building the box that I wanted, and discounting it to the price that it is on the app, and he said “that would throw off my inventory.” I don’t know how Taco Bell’s inventory works, but generally, if something is rang up, it is accounted for. Quite a few of the employees have really bad attitudes and act or treat you like they're doing you a favor instead of doing their job. On top of the fact that if you go through the drive-thru you can't throw away your trash unless you get out of your car and go into the restaurant to throw it away because they have no trash container outside their building and the other day when I asked an employee if there was a trash can outside she said no take your trash home and and throw it in your trash there. On top of the fact that that was just a rude thing to say she never offered to take the bag of trash that I hadn't throwed in the trash can that she was standing next to at the dumpster I just it used to be one of my favorite places but I'm thinking I'm boycotting...

I placed my order for take out and paid. Instead of filling the order, they called me up to the counter to force a refund on me. My order was placed before the end of service and the attitude I was given for even placing a order was undeserved. I usually go through drive through and have noticed service has steeply declined and bad attitudes are increasing. The remodel to remove personal service indoors and the plain white decor is exactly the same I have seen in Taco Bells in the 90's. The store is now cold, unfriendly, unwelcoming and impersonal.
