Awful, terrible rude lady here needs some type of job other than customer service. I ordered two plain cold brews, and was given something with some kind of sweetener in it. I went back and simply asked if there’s any chance they gave me a flavored coffee and that I wanted plain black ones. She immediately got nasty and said ‘I don’t know, I didn’t make them’ and then just kept staring at me like I was the crazy one. Then she intentionally took her time to remake my plain coffees. Please remove this Starbucks from the highway services sign. First of all, you take the exit and then no other direction, you just have to guess it’s in the Target. The worst Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino I've ever had and the service even worse.
