CAVA — Restaurant in Greenwich

Excellent food! The ingredients are very palatable, fresh and healthy.

The dining space was very clean ( e.g. Tables and floor)

My wife and I had recently dined here; as we were looking for something outside of our usual dining experience. We were not disappointed in choosing CAVA.

I had the bowl with braised lamb. Though the lamb was shredded, the flavor was wonderfully tasty (note: I only wish that they put more in the bowl); and, braising is a excellent choice. The accompanying ingredients (e.g. greens, grains, beans, dips and toppings were most welcomed. Being a first-time customer, I only hoped that there were preconfigured dishes. This would have taken away the awkwardness of choosing what to pair together; also, allowing me to experience what is normally put together in a traditional dish.

All-in-all, good food, good service and a decent environment. We will definitely return.

The food is decent and healthy; and, the employees are great! The fountain drinks are somewhat limited. There is ample seating inside and out. For the most part, the tables and flooring are clean.

I have many complaints. When you open the door, you can tell the dirty smell, strong smell of kitchen that isn’t properly clean. Very dirty counters, a lot of dust all around. The employees shirts are dirty, disgusting! I ordered a crispy falafel sandwich, she started looking for a paper with instructions to make it, I felt that she didn’t know what she was doing, she added the first ingredient and I asked what that was and said pointed on the menu instead of just telling me what it was. She started putting so much of everything in it that I was wondering how she was going to close that sandwich, well I have a lot of experience and I knew that wasn’t going to work, and it DIDNT, she had problems to closed it and just wrapped it up meanwhile all the sauce was licking off from both ends, at the same time that she slides the sandwich paper on the counter full of dust. Still, I was so hungry, and I couldn’t stand inside that store for a single minute, so I went to the car and try to eat it, well I couldn’t finish it because it was impossible to hold all the toppings falling on my hands and lap so I walk in to throw $14 in the garbage and still have to see all that dust around the...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cava, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! Not only was the food fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but the service truly stood out.

Two employees in particular, Jefree and Alijah, made my visit unforgettable. Their energy, professionalism, and friendly attitudes created such a welcoming atmosphere. Jefree went above and beyond to ensure my meal was perfect, explaining the menu options with enthusiasm and offering great recommendations. Meanwhile, Alijah was incredibly attentive, making sure everything was just right and that I had everything I needed.
