Read moreIf I can give this place 0 stars I would, today I arrived at Jersey Mikes expecting a delicious sandwich for lunch however I received the complete opposite. He through the bread on the grill aggressively and made it obvious that he was upset. He then let the bread burn and chuckled when he took it off the grill as he prepared the sandwich. Not only was the bread burnt but Joe went out his way to make sure the sandwich was put together poorly and not to my liking. As a Business Manager myself customer service is always top priority which clearly isn’t the same for Joe I hope the Franchisee considers new Management because the way Joe represented the brand was...

I was your first customer at this...
