I'm not BBQ connoisseur but some things I would think are self explanatory. Anyways , had a great experience , maybe the prices s3emed a bit higher but can understand due to the area. Alos i ordered the burnt ends duo platter which upon arrival seemed less food than expected but was actually. Almost enough, my only gripe or preferences would be at least another texas toast. The attention comes with 2 sides a d I added mac and cheese as wanted to try the 3 that were the most popular. The baked beans , Cole slaw and the mac and cheese. So the food came out fairly quickly. Right away I asked if they had any hot sau e and the waiter asked if I would like to try their hottest sauce called fire sauce and of course had to try it. Since it was my first time I eventually realized there were more sauces in self serve area and i traveled one of the 2. The meats were just as expected and while I couldn't tell which one was which one of the 2 types was crispier which went well with the bbq sauce to add some flavor and moisture and I thought tmit was perfect. Also the bbq bur t ends were good but the fire sauce while bit spicy it never o empowered the meal and was the cherry on top. The Cole slaw was delicious not too bold of flavor but delicious. The mac and cheese also was delicious and not too cheesy or thick with a lighter consistency which I enjoyed despite not being the case just due to it being different. I think the overall flavors complimented each other and made for a very enjoyable meal due to that very reason that no flavor over powered anybody the other but they all went well together. Burnt 3nds as name implies will be drier on surface but the meat was tender which is the while purpose of adding preferring bit more texture. If don't want to have crispy edges perhaps you would be better off with brisket or pulled pork which are option and I will have to try on my next visit. Thanks!

These guys know what they're doing with a brisket point: Fantastic burnt ends with great bark, as one would expect from a joint where that's the flagship dish. I was disappointed in the slices of "fatty brisket" I was given -- clearly cut from the flat, with some fat attached. They were sliced very thin and the meat was notably underdone; I could not pull apart a slice with my fingers. A curious inconsistency compared to the ends. My experience with BBQ joints has always been that requesting fatty brisket by default means getting a slice from the point... but I guess Burnt Ends separates the two muscles and sells them under different names. If I had better understood that, I would have ordered ribs for a second meat. Beans were delicious, fries had way too much salt. I look forward to returning for another helping of those delicious ends, and trying out the ribs.

I'll be very plain and straight forward here. The food is plain and flavorless. The meat has absolutely no smokey taste not surprising since they don't even have a smoker and for the price these are the most pitiful serving sizes I've ever seen. I got the "outlaw platter," that for $30!!! You get half a pound of meat and half a pound of sides! Each part is 4 ounces?! That is outrageous and again it's awful food barely even edible. Of course the guy on register barely even speaks English it took 5 minutes for what should have been a very simple order. I won't be coming back and i encourage everyone to steer clear

I recently visited your DTC location and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The front-facing employee seemed to lack knowledge about the products and was not very attentive. Additionally, their hands appeared to be dirty, which was off-putting. When I inquired about the quantities and inclusions of platters, the employee was short with me and unable to provide sufficient information.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables was concerning, as they were filled with dirty leftover plates, cups, and trash. When I asked a simple question about the bread accompanying the rack and platters, the employee did not initially provide an adequate response. It wasn't until I approached them again that they mentioned there was only one piece available, without offering any alternatives or asking if I would like to purchase more.

To make matters worse, when the manager came out, their approach was aggressive and unwelcoming. Rather than addressing the issue in a professional manner, they seemed confrontational. This interaction left me feeling unsatisfied and reluctant to return to the DTC location or any Burnt Ends establishment in the future.

It's disappointing to see that customer service and experience do not appear to be a priority at your establishment. As a result, I will not be returning and will also be sharing my experience with others. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the overall customer experience at your...

Bottom line is it was pretty disappointing and they don't seem to be taking covid prevention measures very seriously. The good: the burnt ends were pretty good, the pulled pork was fine but kinda basic, and the Carolina sauce was good but a little too spicy (and I generally like spicy food). The bad: everything else. Smallest side portions I've ever seen. Their side portions in a to go order are the size of BBQ sauce containers at other restaurants, maybe 4 oz cups. The sausage was a strange Italian sausage and not at all what you would expect from a BBQ joint, really disappointing flavor. Hands down worst mac and cheese I've ever had. It tasted like they forgot to add the salt, pepper, and cheese. Baked beans somehow had raw onions in it. We ordered online and were told it would be ready at 7:15. Walked in at exactly 7:15 and the food was already cold. They had a self-serve bar for pickles, peppers and all their BBQ sauces which seems deeply irresponsible with covid still happening. Why not just pre-packaged the sauce and ask people what they want? Then only one pair of clean, gloved hands is touching everything. It was rough. Why close to dine in when every person getting take out has to touch the...
