What can I say about Ya Yas Euro Bistro? Nothing about the place has ever disappointed us (other than not being able to get a table). There are places you go to just to relax and have a decent meal, usually mom and pop type restaurants that have been going for decades. And then there are special places, places that give REAL 5 star service. A 5 star restaurant has attentive wait staff that are genuine/polite/ready to make your time there great, Ya Yas has that. A 5 star restaurant has an exquisite wine list from miline common vino's to the more rare/rich/ and super flavourful wines, Ya Yas has that. A 5 star restaurant has a chef that may not have a famous name but creates food that spans from common origin with a high quality twist, original recipes that tantalize the taste buds and even something that matches and blends flavours so well that it's memorable and makes you want to come back. Ya Yas has that. A 5 star restaurant has a libations list that would make a CSS (Certified Specialist of Spirits) happy with standard liquor that most people enjoy, and rare and small batch/family distillery creations that are artistic for the more discerning libation drinker. Ya Yas has that, although if they were lacking in ANY aspect of the restaurant that would be it, so 4.75 stars. What does Ya Yas not have? They don't have a wait staff that is snooty, or in any way looks down on you, they don't have bad food, they have excellent food, they don't have enough tables, and I wish I could sit and have a drink with the owner and tell him how much we love his restaurant. My wife and I go there for the fillet steak and combined with the jus and blue cheese it's probably close to the best steak I've ever had. Being a wine maker I also can't complain about their house vino, the red is quite good the white was very balanced. In short, Ya Yas is a 5 star restaurant. So, avoid the ridiculous place downtown with it's snooty wait staff and $85.00 per person deposit and go to Ya Yas. The pictures is Crème brûlée and Glenfarclas 12.

Can't really say anything bad, nor really anything good. Saw a promotion for Yayas and thought I would give it a try. The restaurant was clean, efficient, though I did have to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, but after that they were always on the ball. I first ordered the Carpachio with Goat cheese. While the baked goat cheese spread was very good, the chopped tomato was a let down. No olive oil, no basil, no onion, no anything other than a sprinkle of herbs on top. The main course I ordered the Fillet with garlic mashed, and reduction, asparagus and added 2x U10 scallops. As a Chef, if those were U10's then they need to go to their suppliers and ask for their money back. My steak ordered MR can out RARE and when sent back it was then cooked med. Didn't want to chance sending it back again for a third time, so close to closing time. You never know what mood the line cook is in at that time. The fillet was tough and hard to cut. In no way was that dish worth $71. Having dined at top restaurants all across the country and the world I took away from this experience that this is NOT a place for a foodie to go to. Nothing I had jumps out at me. In my experience, I have come across a lot of fine dinning restaurants that find they operate more as a STATUS venue for their patrons, rather than their food doing the talking for them. And at $71, this is a venue that more concerned about a 500% mark up, then the art of cooking.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at YaYa's Euro Bistro in Greenwood Village, and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant’s elegant yet cozy decor creates a perfect ambiance for both casual dining and special occasions.

The food at YaYa's is simply superb. I started my meal with the calamari, which was perfectly crispy and accompanied by a delightful aioli that added just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the dish. For the main course, I opted for the Mediterranean Sea Bass. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy skin and tender, flaky meat. The accompanying vegetables were fresh and well-seasoned, complementing the dish beautifully. My dining companion chose the lamb chops, and I must say, they were some of the best I've ever tasted. Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, they were a true highlight of the meal.

One of the standout features of YaYa's is their exceptional service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent recommendations. The timing of each course was impeccable, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace without feeling rushed. In addition to the wonderful food and service, YaYa's boasts an impressive wine list. We were able to find the perfect pairing for our meal, thanks to the guidance of our server. The selection of wines is extensive and well-curated, offering something for every palate.Dessert was another highlight of our evening. We shared the chocolate soufflé, which was rich, decadent, and the perfect end to our meal. The presentation was beautiful, and the taste even better. It was evident that great care and attention to detail go into every dish at YaYa's.The restaurant also offers a lovely patio area, which is perfect for dining al fresco on a nice evening. The ambiance is enhanced by soft lighting and comfortable seating, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.Overall, my experience at YaYa's Euro Bistro was exceptional. The combination of delicious food, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere make it a standout dining destination in Greenwood Village. Whether you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a great meal, YaYa's is an excellent choice. I highly recommend giving it a try; you won't be disappointed. I am already looking forward to my next visit to explore more of their enticing...

We were 4 girls with a reservation at 6pm for the patio. Arriving promptly we were checked in but had to wait about 20 minutes for a table to open up. Might have been an issue elsewhere but there is plenty of comfortable seating and they are just SO nice and happy to serve you drinks while you wait. Yaya's has been at this location in the Tech Center for 25 years, a fact which our server Ryan proudly pointed out as he finally welcomed us to our table. My sister and I knew this as our family had a home a few blocks away years ago when the Tech Center was still in it's infancy. We came here many times over the years. Then I moved away in 2004. I came back here for dinner during a visit about 10 years ago and was disappointed. The place seemed to have lost it's appeal. Well, I am so happy to be back in Denver and I am MORE impressed with Yaya's than ever! The patio is so wonderful on a warm summer evening, mostly shaded by the building and boasting the warmth of solar light strips along the railing and the calming pond and water feature, complete with ducks floating and birds singing. Ryan was a great server. He made it clear right off the bat that they are happy to accommodate food allergies or special requests. The food was excellent! We never got past the small plates but each dish was delicious. I am a big fan of their hummus which is slightly spicy and drizzled with olive oil. My sister loved the Crab Cakes. The wine list is quite extensive and there are Somms on site to help with your selection including the very sharp and extremely nice manager, Jason. I don't remember there being this many wines from this many countries last time I visited. Bravo! Yaya's is not inexpensive; I would say $$$, but if you want great ambiance, great food and great service, you're going to need to spring for it.😉 I recommend Yaya's for very good dining with family, friends, or even a date night. Request the patio if the weather is nice. But, please, don't linger all night! Other people are...
