I went in yesterday to pick up a mobile order and spent over 25 minutes waiting to even talk to someone as she was so busy she couldn't help customers waiting to place orders or pick up. I went up and she said please hold and wait until i finish these orders... I had to go back to work and couldn't get my drink so I called the business to cancel the order but they said they couldn't locate the order. I was still charged $11 and received a notification it was ready an HOUR after the original order was placed. I'm sorry but it shouldn't take an hour to pick up a smoothie. Not impressed! The worst tasting smoothie bowl I've ever had with giant frozen cubes in my bowl. With how long it took to make being the only person in the store you'd think they actually mixed it properly. Super bland and bitter tasting with low quality toppings for over $10.
