Well, I have officially had the worst experience here after coming here for quite some time. My husband was so excited about the new Dubai croissant thing so I came out here for one. I get up there and the girls like we’re sold out, It’s gonna be 30 minutes, I said no problem. I’ll wait 30 minutes.

I come back after 30 minutes and it’s a different girl and she said it’s gonna be 40 minutes. I said the last girl just said it was gonna be 30 minutes. She says to me well we’re sold out again. If you didn’t buy it online do you wanna wait 40 minutes? It seems the girls inside really just don’t care. They didn’t care that they told me I could come get one in 30 minutes, They just very much have a “I don’t care attitude”. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, even buying my son his birthday cake from here. What a disappointing experience and really left a bad taste in my mouth. What happened to all the great employees that worked here?

Delicious! The cookies were baked through and still soft. They are shareable size. The flavors change every Monday so, if you see a cookie you like go get it! They also offer their day-old cookies discounted rate on site. The store was cleaned and smelled delicious. The service was quick and easy. The cookies themselves were absolutely solid in flavor. They didn't just taste sweet they tasted exactly how the name describes. My favorite was the peanut butter, rice krispy cookie with the ghiradelli chocolate on top. Went for the grand opening, the chocolate chip cookies are a lot like crumbls, dense, raw, and too sweet. Not a fan. Took a group a friends we sampled 5 of the cookies. We had to spit out the waffle cookies, without the frosting and syrup it was bland and bitter, with the toppings it was too sweet. We also got biscoff (best flavor), Almond joy, Smoa, and chocolate chip. All were raw and wet in the middle.

Look I get a soft cookie moment, but if you cut the size of the cookie in half and bake it at that size, it would be much more pleasureable. Not better than crumbl but also not worse.
