MAD Greens - Denver Tech Center — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

Now tried to order with the discount they gave me and they forgot an entire part of my order and these people won’t send someone to bring me my hummus and pita I paid for. A 50% refund isn’t enough. I want my whole order!! Officially done with this place and I was a loyal customer. Put all the food in the bag!!! It is not hard!

Ordered tonight via door dash and ordered romaine but the salad was 75% kale STEMS and door dash won’t give me a partial refund even with a photo. Had to throw the majority of it in the trash which I HATE doing and NEVER do unless I absolutely have to, as the stems were so hard they were inedible. The rest of the salad was so bitter the toppings and dressing didn’t matter. The purple lettuce they added didn’t help either. This store is going downhill. It used to be great. Hummus/ pita were fine. I ordered about 7pm but that shouldn’t matter. If this was due to not having any romaine left you need to take that ingredient off your menu or close early. Skimping on other toppings too. Food service is hard but giving someone a mainly inedible meal...

Came here for lunch on a Sunday with my fiancee. She ordered the the Mad Molly Brown with Southwest Grilled Chicken while I got the Don Quixote with Citrus Grilled Chicken with a cup of chicken tortilla soup.

Overall, it's nothing special, and the salads are just okay. The dressing on both salads really lacked flavor, even at a "medium" level dressing. The sherry molasses vinaigrette on the Mad Molly Brown tasted more like oil than anything, so a few squeezes of lemon over the top was necessary to doctor it up. The creamy ginger dressing on the Don Quixote was also mild in flavor, although the concept is interesting. The ingredients seemed fresh, but they did not shine through in the salad.

The chicken tortilla soup was good but didn't taste like chicken tortilla soup. Cumin, lime, and salt is what it needs.

Tip: Give your salad a mix before you start eating, as all the toppings (chicken, cheese, etc) ends up at the bottom of the bowl.

For a $10 salad, it's a bit pricey for what you get. I wouldn't come here again. I want my salad to taste good, not...

We ordered online from this store, and delivery was set as 7:43pm. But the status never changed. At 8:40pm we called the delivery help desk, and they said that there had been an issue assigning drivers, but she said she manually assigned a driver and the driver already confirmed they were on their way. As a kindness, she gave me a full refund, but said my food was still on its way. An hour later, we still didn't have our food, and now the restaurant is closed. I would have been upset but forgiven things if they had said there were issues, cancelled the order, and given a refund. But they said it was on its way, so we waited. And we were lied to. I love Mad Greens, and I try to order from there as often as I can. But this isn't okay. If it's not going to get there, tell us.
