Little Man Ice Cream — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

I love Little Man Ice Cream! I used to wait in that long line wrapped around the corner in Denver before they expanded! So happy that the quality of their ice cream is the same at different locations. I am bother that we checked out the Greenwood Village location today for the first time and were met with a very rude employee. As someone who goes to Little Man a lot, this is not the type of service I expect from Little Man. She didn't greet us, she would constantly sigh when I asked for 3 samples to try before I made my choice as to what I wanted. My husband asked a question to her and she responded back very rude staying, "I don't know." She did no speak unless she was frustrated dealing with us. All together we were the only customers in the shop the whole time and she was playing on her phone before we walked in. I get everyone has bad days, but she needs to leave it at the door before her shift. If she is there next time we go back, we will probably just walk out and go somewhere or drive to a different Little Man for...

We showed up with one minute to spare before they officially closed but there were plenty of people inside and outside enjoying their ice cream so we figured we’d go in before they closed. We hadn’t even had a chance to look at the offerings before the three kids behind the counter asked what we wanted and tried to rush us into making our order. We were only inside for maybe a minute and a half. When we asked for another moment to make our selection, we received huffy attitude from the workers. As we left, they shut and locked the door. We also witnessed them make two girls who were eating their ice cream outside give up their table so that they could close. This was at 9:02 PM.

The staff were rude and pushy, trying to rush us out so they could close promptly, never mind that there were patrons inside and outside eating their pricey ice cream. Based on this experience and encounter with their staff, I would not...

Little Man has such a variety of uniquely flavored ice creams — almost too many. But the employees, especially Lila, provided exquisite guidance and led me through my indecision to an immaculately godly combo of peach cobbler and banana pudding. Who would’ve ever thought! I’ve lived my whole life confined to a box of plain vanilla and chocolate ice cream cones. Lila took her ice cream scooper and used it as a mighty hammer to break this box, and set me free. She’s a culinary pioneer and I thank her for this divine intervention. With saintly patience she gave plentiful samples to help curate a scoop duo that would fully align with my soul- and align it DID. Meanwhile Layla and Jack brilliantly held down the fort while Lila was assisting me- this kind of service and efficiency really just sets this boundary breaking establishment apart...
