I really enjoyed this boba shop. I came here today after having a massage, and I'm very glad I did. When I walked in, I noticed a significant amount of people doing computer work at their tables. It seems like a relaxing environment, and the decor looks pleasant to the eye as well. There was relaxing music playing in the background, and it smelled lovely inside. I ordered an earl gray milk tea, light ice, with double boba, and a banana Nutella croffle. Both were very fresh and delicious. The earl gray milk tea was made with fresh tea leaves, rather than with a concentrated liquid. The tea was not bitter at all, and was smooth to drink. It looks like they use organic milk, also, which is awesome. The temperature of my drink was ideal; the warm boba on the bottom, and the cold milk tea on top. The boba pearls were not old or crunchy, they were soft and freshly made. The sweetness level wasn't too sweet or watered-down, as it was exactly how I would have made it myself, a good, balanced 50/50 sweetness level. The croffle was hot and fresh, the banana slices were fresh as well. Nothing tasted underripe or bitter as far as the banana went. It was a perfect banana! (Hard to find perfect bananas these days, lol.) The croffle tasted crispy and warm, and it had a lovely flavor of buttery croissant. It's probably the best croffle I've had from any place thus far, so I praise this one. :) All-in-all, I'd recommend this place to all my friends! Hope you visit here soon.

Absolutely lovely gem of a place! My mango smoothie was yummy and the Bao Bun was a good snack. The decor is pretty and seems to be good quality. I could see myself coming back and bringing a book and just enjoying some relative solitude with a Sen Tea House beverage.

This place is new so maybe there's a lot of room for improvement. The product is great. The service not so much (and not in an endearingly great Asian, angry employee kind of way)

The boba istself is as good as the best, so that's really promising. We got the royal 9 tea and the brown sugar deerioca. Both have great flavor. I really wish the deerioca had ice and was cold. It would be delicious if so. At lukewarm temperature it's just a bit off, but has great flavor.

The service is another story. Of the 3 employees there, only 1 seemed to know what was going on (somewhat understandable for a new place, but you would think they would want to be excellent from the start). The cashier couldn't explain what several of the products were, so the girl making the drinks in the back came up to answer questions. She was licking her fingers and had food smeared on her lips while talking to us, which was unfortunate as a human, let alone as an employee.

I have no idea if this is a worker error or just freak coincidence, but as we both took our first sips, the drinks spilled out onto both of us. I would have assumed this was user error, but that's never happened before with any other Boba, and the employees seemed pretty confused about how to seal the drinks while making it. So could be random, but I suspect there was something weird about how they sealed the drinks.

So all in all, there's promise, but this place will absolutely crash if the employees don't get extremely better training and standards of...

1/12/25-dropping my previous 4 star review down to 1 star. I ordered a drink with no ice, I've ordered the same drink in the past with no ice with no problem, and was told that they have to make it with ice since they shake it. Never been an issue before. They are stopping customizing drinks even when it can negatively impact customers. Like I have teeth issues with cold drinks. Customer service at this place has dropped. I was there in December and ordered a drink with no ice with no problem (see the pic with the Christmas sticker on ot, there is a date on the label) and that visit was also under the Sen name. Instead of creating a new account from their old name the Alley, they kept the same account open so reviews of both are on the same location since the ownership is the same (which can be seen by the "new owner" having access to the old account). The "new" Shen name is just them trying to convince you it's a new store when it's not.

4/30/23-Nice new place. During the opening they had 10% off. Even with that the regular prices meet the quality of the product. The croffle was ok. We expected it to be more chocolate then it was based off the pictures. It only had a little coco powder on it. Overall good, and I will be stopping back in when I'm in the area. They also had stuff that you could use to...
