This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have every done business with. I have ordered from this location and my order has been wrong twice. I waited almost an hour for my food to arrive. Then once it arrived is was totally wrong. They told me they had new people making sandwiches I call and they were making me another sandwich and told me it wouldn’t take long. It took another 40 minutes and I called to request a refund. The so call manager Vince argued that the owner made the sandwich and he has to deal with me a second time. It told me his delivery driver was whistling his gas to bring me a sandwich that they screwed up. He then argued that I was mad that I had to wait. I have done business with many Jimmy Johns and they have fast service. This sandwich ordeal took one hour and 40 minutes.The second sandwich had never arrived. I just wanted a refund at that point. Vince told me he would have to as the owner if he could give me a refund. I have never heard of any business treating paying customers like this. Vince refused to give me the corporate number to me to look it up online. If the customer is wrong for not getting what she paid for and the company refuses a refund. This is not a place if business anyone should want to deal with. Vinice told me he would call me back to let me know if the owner would give me a refund. I have not gotten a call back and probably will not receive a refund. Read moreI personally have ordered from here for over a year not kidding prolly 50-75 sandwiches. It’s never been spectacular but then again I don’t expect spectacular I expect at minimum average, and consistency. I recently placed an order 25-30 minutes before close, I know it’s inconvenient but I literally live right around the corner. I first off never received the order and in my app it still says “order received.” I never received a phone call or a refund, today I try to proceed with giving them a call and just having them send that order rather than refunding it. Well I’ve called 20 times and still have not got an answer, so being hungry I just ordered another sandwich. It’s been 45 minutes and still haven’t received it less than 1/4th of a mile away. I cannot get ahold of them. I will be going to corporate tomorrow. Speaking to another local Jimmy John’s I am not close to the first person that has called them asking for assistance. I mean it’s a different owner (thank God) but they can’t help. I will have to call corporate for a sandwich I never received and their incredibly horrid management. Have been to my fair share of Jimmy John's in my life and have always ordered the unwhich which is usually made with a sheet of bib lettuce and wrapped like a burrito. I am on a cross country road trip and have very specific dietary restrictions so it's usually an easy meal for me to grab on the go but 3 times they remade it with a tiny stiff white piece of iceberg into a boat rather than a wrap. I asked that if that's not what they call an unwhich at their store....despite that being how every store I've been to across 10 states serves them, the workers decided to argue with me and remade it wrong 3 times. We had to further delay our trip by eating the salad bowl in the parking lot rather than being able to jump back on the interstate and get back home to Florida. I'm not usually bothered by waiting a few extra minutes for my order to beade right but to argue that this is how everyone does it when I'm very clearly surprised by the sloppy job and substandard quality of ingredients is wild.
