Deleted my original 5 star review. Went to order a small 20oz smoothie and as I’m approaching the drive up window I see this sign. It’s Friday so I’m excited for a little larger size. Get to the window and asked about it and she said in an unfriendly tone “I’m sorry, but you are already rang up as a 20oz”. There was zero customers inside and 1 car behind me… ok then I’ll pass. As I leave I realize I’ve spend most of my lunch in line waiting so I figured I’d go inside and get the free upgrade. When I ordered the 20oz for the free upgrade this other lady (super sweet btw) said it was ringing up as a medium price. The lady from earlier walks up and asked if there’s a problem and I pointed to the price on the sign and what I’m being charged. “Oh ok” and rudely walks away. I started getting frustrated and asked what I need to do in order to get the deal on this sign. Finally that rude lady comes back over and turns out she’s the manager. She says there’s supposed to be fine print with certain steps to get the Friday deal. Ok so what do I need to do? She said I have to download their app.. so I begin doing this. As I’m going through all of the steps she said.. “oh and that deal isn’t good for you until NEXT WEEK”. I’ve literally spent my whole lunch hour dealing with this nasty manager over a couple dollars. Watch your cameras, it was around 2:15pm and she had a hat on backwards. I’ll skip getting a smoothie from this place. What a nightmare and who wants to deal with someone playing stupid games. Upon entering the store, my shoes, wet from the rain, slipped on the tiled floor, nearly causing a fall. This situation is concerning due to the potential for serious injury resulting from a fall. The absence of the rug, especially on a rainy day, presents a clear and avoidable safety hazard. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Wet floors, spills, and clutter are potential causes of slips, trips, and falls. It is hoped that immediate action will be taken to address this safety concern and ensure that proper safety precautions, including placing the entrance rug during inclement weather, are consistently followed at this location to prevent future incidents and ensure a safe environment for all customers. And one last thing I think Maya should be retrained on the register and on how to put things into the computer and how to comprehend customers when they're ordering, also has a serious attitude problem that should be worked on or checked by a manager/supervisor because having an attitude problem like that should be a serious concern for...
