Don Ladis Taco Shop — Restaurant in Gresham

The place is not bad and the food was nothing different from other Mexican food. In base on my experience and don't recommend, they didn't show good organization in the order to serving the order. I being there yesterday with my mom to get something fast because she need take her medicine. So, I ordered just three soft tacos. The cashier took the order and we when to look at a table. We waiting for about 15 minutes for are food and they called the three guy who came after me.😠 So I when to see what was the problem and was other cashier, she looks at the orders, print it again and asked the kitchen why they didn't do my order yet and the guy said "I don't know "do you believe that?😧. I get seat and wait for others 10 minutes and they servings other customers, at this time I get mad and walk forward to the cashier and tell that I want a refund because they didn't give me my order yet😡. She looks at me like she doesn't know what I said and go to call a guy from the kitchen who's said what it's problem? I explained what was happening and suddenly my order was there. So 25 min to do three tacos??? This is ridicules the tacos even taste different from the other places. I never visiting this...

My boyfriend and I have gone to this restaurant for around a year now and I really have to recommend it. I love traditional burrito shop feel of Don Ladis with their assortment of burritos, frees salsa, and meats. I love that you can make any burrito a "macho" for only 4 dollar that makes it a classic wet burrito with rice, beans, guac, and sour cream meal. Sure there are some burrito shops that I have gone too that have a nicer thicker guac, less oily chips, or more premium meats than Don Ladis but the quality of all the food is just amazing and priced very well for what it is. I have never had a order messed up at this place and have gone more than I could care too count. They are very friendly and are kind enough to leave their restrooms open to customers and drivers during Covid which is a really nice thing to do. This is the kind of place you can leave a nice tip knowing your food will be perfect and it will be deserved. I highly recommend pouring yourself some avocado or habenero salsa...

Omg they're the best. Amazing food, great pricing, 10/10 customer service. Edit: I see some negative reviews on here and can’t comprehend them. Like someone said they need competent staff (but the reviewer misspelled “compatent” hah jokes on him!) Their staff is amazing. Especially Sessy! We’ve been going here for two years without a problem. Our food is always out within 10-15 minutes AT MOST. We never pay more than $15 for my husband and I both to eat. That’s about two veg burritos w/ beans and rice on the side and drinks + guacamole. I really don’t know what these negative reviewers have stuck up their holes complaining about the servers, food and price. I can’t say a single bad thing about them. Again, been eating here for two years now!! I highly recommend them!! Oh and I have their punchcard and frequently end up getting free food because of it!
