I only giving a one star because of my experience with them. I have been ordering from Gresham burrito shop from 2 years now. I work in this area and there are not much choices for vegetarian food. Couple of time they have gotten my order wrong and I left in the instructions about it. I have never called them or requested for a refund. I ordered a burrito and asked for a toasted because I enjoy it very much that way. They did not do it so I asked for it in my next order in instructions. One time I got a burrito and it was so bad. It was not wrapped properly and was full with lettuce. It has uncut big chunks of jalapenos. It almost made me cry because after working 5-6 hours you get exited for your launch. but mine was ruined. Never call them or asked for refund. Now they have started cancelling my order because they feel nervous making my order. Like are you kidding me. I can't even give an instructions for my food. I have been there regular customer from so long. Never ordering food again from this place. Really bad service. That is not how you deal with people who have never asked for much just for very little. very...
Read moreI’ve been wanting to try this place for a while because Don Ladis went down hill. Ordering at the kiosk was fine, but we noticed later as we waited looking at the actual menu board you can make any burrito into a chimichanga which id probably have done if it said anywhere on the kiosk of doing that. There is little to no direction on what the customer is expected to do. Which is grab your own drink, dessert and basically anything not cooked and do yourself. We didn’t know we had to grab our own cake so when we walked out and then back in the girl upfront seemed super annoyed. 😑 Once a line starts forming then they take you at the register. Which causes 2 lines and I’m sure more confusion. The food was okay! I wouldn’t get the combo of rice and beans because the burrito was so big but rice was seasoned well. Got the carne asada and it was flooded with beans little bits of meat, which tasted good with pico and guac at the bottom of the burrito. The churro was good. Would I try this again? Maybe, probably not. Are there better options? More...
Read moreReally unfortunate to have seen lately that Gresham Burrito has gone down hill, specifically related to quality of food. The last handful of times my wife and I have been there, the food has been subpar. Which is miles from what they used to be as we have been going here for years. The carne asada has time and time again been terribly overcooked to the point where it’s chewy and some pieces so overcooked I thought I bit into a small pebble. Our last and probably final visit, I not only got the above mentioned but ordered my burrito “wet” and got a burrito that was so overly drenched in sauce that the burrito was sitting in a pool of sauce. Not sure what’s going on there but sadly we won’t be back...
