Angels Ice Cream — Restaurant in Griffin

Okay, y'all... Don't judge when you take a look at the pic of my ice cream, but I just couldn't help myself when I walked in Two Paddle Creamery tonight. Yes, it's ice cream. Yes, ice cream is always good. But here's the thing, they roll their ice cream. Who doesn't love rolled ice cream with some sort of fixins or toppings? Staff was super friendly and helpful. The ice cream shop is clean. It's family friendly. They have some tables, so you can eat there. They have other desserts you can purchase if you aren't an ice cream fanatic. You can get ice cream scoop(s) in a cone or a bowl, or they can roll your ice cream. It's pretty cool to watch them roll it. Kind of upset this location changed owners. Ice cream is ice cream (sometimes) so I'm not going to comment on that. I did enjoy my coffee ice cream very much. My fiancé got chocolate (because there wasn't enough cookies n creme), and it was solid to the point it broke his spoon.

My question is - why can you only get rolled ice cream in chocolate & vanilla flavors? Menu board needs to elaborate more on flavors (today's flavors, flavors of the month, etc.) because there is no labeling of what flavors are in the freezer.

Kind of odd too that they are mixing mexican snacks with ice cream. I know of a lot of ice cream shops that tried to mix together snacks with ice cream (some of them my friends have owned) and they failed because it was too much. If you want to sell ice cream, just stick to ice cream (in...

Wow! I wondered into this icecream place today after lunch expecting to get to get a couple scopes, but when I saw the incredibly unique method they use to literally make your icecream in front of you while you watch I knew I had to try it!

It was so good I brought my family back tonight for more!

The owners are local, this isn't a Franchise, and if you come at peak times there is a good chance the friendly folks who make your icecream in front of you will be the owners themselves.

They even let me try the chocolate milkshake.
