I was served the raw chicken twice. The second time was when the "manager" remade the bowl "fresh". 7 days after incident I get a call from someone from this specific Moe's questioning me and telling me how they wrote down it was temped at 170 degrees so he doesn't see how it was possible. I don't care what was written down after the fact. I was extremely ill with salmonella poisoning. This man called me at WORK and was arguing the validity. Saying he was only calling because the corporate office asked him to. He was obviously not happy about having to do his job and talk to a loyal paying customer. Read moreI recently visited Moe's Southwest Grill and was blown away by the delicious food and excellent service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from.
The burritos were especially tasty, with fresh ingredients and a great balance of flavors. However, as someone who loves teriyaki and pineapples on my burritos, I was a bit disappointed that these options weren't available on the menu. While I still enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but think that adding these options would make it even better.
Despite this small issue, I would still highly recommend Moe's Southwest Grill to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The quality of the food and service are top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. I got in line to get them to do my order as I waited 20 minutes the guy told me no she was working on orders no she was fixing orders for people waiting in line. 6 orders waiting to be made. I couldn’t get a refund she said loudly GOOGLE THE CORPORATE NUMBER. After spending 15 minutes more on the phone with corporate she said they are a franchise and had to do refunds in the store. An hour later I still don’t have my refund. This place is so unprofessional especially the girl today. She is taking over the guy fixing orders the customers are irritated with her because she is stepping in over the guy making orders instead of doing the online orders as she told the guy she would be doing.
