Wendy's — Restaurant in Griffin

Very confusing visit tonight. Doordash sent me for a delivery but once I got there 2 employees were seemingly hiding in the front of the inside of the store, laying on benches. One with bright pink braided hair and a taller young guy with a drive thru mic that I only noticed briefly. They weren't responding at the drive through window but when I drove around to the front because I was required to take a photo of the closed restaurant with the outer lights all being on while the inside lights were dark, the pink haired young woman came outside frustratedly telling me they were closed and I should leave. I tried to explain that I was just doing my job and taking a photo for the dasher app, reporting the store closed for the night, to which she rudely rolled her eyes and walked away mid-sentence being spoken to her and went back inside to stand where she could barely be seen next to the young man who then laid back down. Seemed suspect. Why stay and hang out if they were really closed? I mean we all need a night off, but this one...

I have NEVER!!!!! Had such a bad experience. In fast food service as I did yesterday my order was wrong they would not make it right we sat in the drive through a good 20 minutes we finally .went in and waited another 15. Minutes people were leaving because of the Waite. Employees .were not using gloves the employees eating and not waiting on customers I tried calling the manager .on duty to be nice and let him know and he hung up on me he didn't care one way or the other the cupons are not clearly marked we used used a coupon for 2 for 10 meal it says nothing about taxes so we were a few cents short and for all the trouble we went through he said that wassnt his problem so we couldn't get our first order over a few cents really.???????? That's unacceptable. I will NEVER NEVER visit that resturant again something needs to be done about that resturant period first off is say get new managers who know how to be managers and make employees. Do their...

I love Wendy's Hamburgers, always have. Problem is many Wendy's locations have failed before the burger patty hits the grill...NOT HERE! This location opens the doors with a smile and it travels all the way to the end of the drive through line. Even when in the drive through many cars back, I know the line will move quick because of the energy inside this building. On 1-23-25, I came through the drive through about 11:15 AM. It was time for a hot cheeseburger and fries. As usual, I got three of the biggie bags (me, daughter, mom). As usual, it was fast and hot and exactly dressed as requested. A big thank you goes out to ALL the staff that was at work at this time I came by today. I may have only dealt with the sweet young lady at the window but the WHOLE STAFF made the experience.
