Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Grimes

Major miss. Arrived a few minutes early in the hopes to get hot fresh wings. Walked in to be told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Returned annoyed to my car for 15 minutes, but at least I'd get fresh hot wings. Wrong! When I walked in my name was at the top of the list and I had to wait about another 3 min before they called my name. I live less than 5min from here and upon arriving home dug right in as I was starving by this point. Literally 10 of my 15 wings were room temp. The others were just acceptable. So not only did they horribly miss the completion time, they somehow managed to hand...

Tonight we ordered delivery online from the BWW App, and our orders kept getting canceled as soon as we placed them. We finally called the location and while there was some confusion at first about our order, the manager realized there was an issue and took our order over the phone. He then preceded to deliver our order himself, within 15 minutes (we live close), and threw in some additional treats for the inconvenience. This was the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had lately at any restaurant, and as a loyal BWW fan, we will be ordering again!...

Had BWW GO last night for the first time. I am incredibly impressed. I always order Buffalo Dry rub and accidentally did half wet half dry. The staff immediately had no issues fixing this for me even though it was my fault. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I am going to in trouble with this location being few blocks down the road.
