Honestly I love this place! The workers are so nice! I actually don't mind waiting for my food because then I know my food is fresh and hasn't been sitting around! So when they tell me to pull forward I don't mind at all it just means my food will be nice and fresh! I think it's absolutely ridiculous of how many complaints there are about the wait. Yes I understand if you are in a rush to go somewhere and you want it quick. Means don't go during a rush hour. You also have to understand that employees try their best to get the food out on time. I have seen how many people they have. 1 normally on grill and 4 making the sandwiches and nuggets. They have 4 grills and during rush hours they are normally full trying to cook quarters and regular meat and bacon. There will sometimes be another person helping with fryers. It's a small work area. Everyone should really calm down I mean I'd like to half of these people complaining about small stuff try work here for a day. I can tell you guys tend to get busy a lot. With how busy you guys get I don't blame you guys for struggling a little bit to keep the place clean (especially when out side and in lobby some people like to throw their trash everywhere even though there are freaking garbage cans everywhere!) During rush hours I can also see why food would get mixed up or given to wrong people. I had it happen with me. Honestly some people need to calm down a bit. Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I have been here more than once and have had a decent experience, until tonight. Pull up to one of the order drives, a guy presently takes my order but the screen just shows my bottle of water alone as a second order to someone who was in front of me. I ordered the single bacon deluxe with a bottle of water, while waiting for him to ring my order up in the drive threw all I could hear was him speaking Spanish and taking money from others driving up to his window. I waited for 10 minutes for him to talk to me about my order and finish the verbal transaction. When he did come back to talk to be over his headset he literally restarted the transaction with me at the point i told him again what I had ordered and told me to wait. I went around the building to go to the other order intercom that had surpassed 5 cars while I waited to put my order in again.
Finally did someone take my order and follow through the operations.

If she was I wouldn’t of left that window..
Then she comes up front and argues with me
She takes my card and points to the back of the store and says you pay back there.. I said there wasn’t anyone there
