Omgoodness never again. The ingredients to the sandwich were acceptable, but that's about it. Despite a very full staff that had no one at all to serve when we went in, we were never greeted as others mikes have always done and after waiting way too long with 7 employees doing basically nothing, we weren't greeted but just asked what we want.. but that's nothing compared to the despicable condition of the place. It is absolutely disgusting and inexcusable. There wasn't an area that wasn't covered with crud. Not a one day amount of dirt but a definite build-up on all surfaces..the windows, counters, tables.. and even the soda machine. Gross. Read moreIts hit and miss. Depends on who's working. My wife is pregnant and is constantly craving their chicken Buffalo sub. We like that they allow us to call in our order, we've never had issues with it being ready on time. And they always make our order with the correct modifications we request. But, the quality of the sandwhich changes depending on who's making it. It seems like they have a pretty streamline process for people to follow but maybe some employees are cutting corners. The most notable difference is the amount of Buffalo sauce added.
Tonight my wife ordered a sandwhich and she had to add Buffalo sauce at home, it was as if they had forgotten to put it on themselves or it was an after thought. The meat was not seasoned with the sauce as it usually is and all she could taste was the flat top.

Was told the store has no control over pickup time quoted online and it doesn’t reflect how busy they are. The time the store had on my bag for being ready was 12:44. Lots of other folks waiting for food with me, most for 20 to 30 min. This is second time I experienced this at Groton location. Please tell me how long it really takes when I order online. Food is very good but who wants to wait almost 30 min for their food after the time promised? Also getting out of the parking lot to make a left is nearly impossible at lunch time.
