First of all for the past three days I’ve been coming here. Hopefully it will get better, right. So the first time the guy forgot I was even at the window. He literally told me he forgot, then continued to serve me extremely cold old fries that literally hurt my teeth to chew yuck and cold old 10 piece nugs then the next day again cold horrible fries. Today I broke down and decided I wanted to try the Wednesday meal … again the fries were horrible. I did not even get different sauces and it was only two. I thought it came with four. I could be wrong however they served me the Raven blood drink in the extremely small cup not which was advertised. I’ve seen the reviews. It is absolutely the wrong freaking Size and I didn’t even get the collectible spoon not that I care but come on. If you wanna know, the ravens played drink or shake or whatever you call it was horrible. Everybody else that did a review said it was good. Maybe it’s because they put too much of that cherry crab sauce and no actual vanilla frosty. Get it together and it’s not Wendy’s it’s who’s making their food. Some people just don’t give a crap until they’re the ones eating the crap. And don’t try to call them they will not answer. Read moreWishing that I could give ZERO stars. Ordered meal. Got to drive thru window. Window associate NEVER gave eye contact. Never gave me a total price after confirming my order. Never gave me an option as to what sauces/ condiments that I wanted with my meal. Perhaps the reason was because she was holding a lengthy conversation IN SPANISH with her co workers, including the male cook and the young lady bagging our food. It's obvious our patronage was not their concern. I'm all for diversity, but I felt it to be VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to be speaking over your customers, in an American restaurant, in a language they don't speak and never acknowledging them as customers!! I will NEVER be going back to this particular location. Ever! I did attempt to contact corporate SEVERAL TIMES, but was unsuccessful.
