Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Gulf Breeze

Worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. Slow service and I was starving. I’ve had faster service at lunch rush. And I tipped! This is even more why I hate tipping prompts before you’ve even had any service. Was I supposed to take it back from my card payment?! Never again. I grabbed my sandwich and left. As I’m eating my #31 (CA chicken cheesesteak), I proceeded to have numerous pieces of CHICKEN BONES in my sandwich!!! I had to literally pick through it with my fingers to even be able to eat SAFELY. There were 4 pieces of bone about an inch long, and 3 smaller pieces. I’m so grossed out and disappointed. Not to mention the insides of my hot sandwich that I got all over my fingers. WTH? I was so excited about them opening a store here in Gulfbreeze because I love their sandwiches so much. The first time I went there I was received with very poor customer service. They barely talked to me and when I said thank you I didnt even get a response just silence. So I went back and when I walked in the girl that works there just said to me "what do you want?" I mean really??? She was very rude! The customer service is horrible. Makes me feel very uncomfortable when I go there. I dont think I'm going back. I’ve been popping in here before work for the past few yers and the customer service and food is always excellent/above average. However, Drew waited on me and three others the other day and I am extremely impressed. When I walked in after the group, I was a little worried I’d be running behind for work but, wow! He was so fast I was actually shocked because I haven’t seen this type of speed in Gulf Breeze because everyone is on beach mode. He was also super nice, while taking care of us.
