​It's always a treat to find truly authentic Mexican food, and Los Saraperos Tacos Y Mas in downtown Gulfport definitely delivers. This cute, small spot is in a beautifully refurbished older building, which adds to its charm. ​We skipped appetizers and went straight for the drinks and entrees. They have a great selection of classic fruit juices from a fountain, and we highly recommend the pineapple juice—it was wonderfully refreshing and paired perfectly with our meal. ​For our entrees, we had the Enchiladas Suizas and the combo tacos (two al pastor and two carne asada). Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. I had a long day at the doctors office and was super hungry, saw pics from the menu on Google and ordered a couple different taco plates, choriqueso and the small street corn and when I tell you, my last name is Lopez by marriage but my husband LOVES him anything on a tortilla and this meal was one of the top 3 best meals we've ever had, we both agree. The seasoning on the Pastor tacos? Unbelievable. I've never had a bite of anything with more layered, nuanced, complementary flavors that were complex but nothing over done. We will be eating here EVERY TIME we're in Gulfport. The sweet lady at the counter was super friendly and the service was fast. I’m pretty sure I had real tears in my eyes when I first took a bite of the Chorizo Queso!! This is the most amazing appetizer & is so filling also with the 3 tortillas you get!

The QuesaBirria was also absolutely phenomenal. Sooo juicy and the fresh onions and cilantro just make it even better! 🔥

The tacos and the Mulita were also amazing and had so much meat in them.

The Strawberry Horchata Aqua is super tasty as well if you like cinnamon!! I thought it was great.
