I stopped by this newly opened restaurant recently, and while there were some promising elements, a few issues stood out that kept it from being a fully satisfying experience. =Food= The food itself was decent overall I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5. I tried two tacos: the Al Pastor and the Chorizo. Both were well-seasoned and flavorful. I’d rate each a 4/5. Pricing, however, felt a tad on the steep side for what you get, but not crazy expensive. Tacos ranged from $5 to $6 apiece, and while they were standard street taco size, the value didn’t quite match the price point. The salsa, unfortunately, was a miss for me. It was watery, sweet, and lacked any heat, definitely not what you'd expect from a traditional chips-and-salsa setup at a Mexican restaurant. While it wasn’t offensively sweet, it felt like sugar was added to compensate for a lack of spice or depth. If you prefer mild or sweet salsas, you might enjoy it, but for me, it was a 1 out of 5. =Menu and Ordering Experience= The menu design was visually creative, but also hard to navigate. Styled backgrounds and vertical text made it a bit difficult to read. That said, I understand not everyone may share the same reading difficulty, so this may not be an issue for all diners. More importantly, the menu organization was confusing. There’s a build-your-own taco section, but underneath it, in the street taco area birria was listed at around $12 versus $5–6 like the others. I initially thought it was a mistake, but the server explained that it include three tacos, which made sense once clarified. She also mentioned they’re currently working on reorganizing the menu to make it clearer, which I can appreciated, especially from a newly opened restaurant. However, this is possibly a franchise as they were advertising franchise opportunities on the menu so you would think the menu would have been correct to start with. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn’t allowed to select a single birria taco as part of the build-your-own option. From a kitchen operations standpoint, that seemed like an odd limitation, especially considering the price breakdown was similar to the other tacos. That small detail left me feeling a bit boxed in when ordering in a way that sounded like you can choose any type of taco from the list. =Atmosphere and Decor= The decor was minimal and underwhelming. The space felt a little sterile, with tall ceilings, large empty walls, and an echo in the room. Seating was okay I sat in a booth-style setup along the wall that was decently comfortable, but not particularly inviting. The layout was tight, and I could see it feeling crowded if the restaurant were full, though it was quiet during our visit (around 6pm on a Thursday). =Service= Service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and made a sincere effort to ensure we were having a good experience. She explained the menu quirks and was very accommodating. I’d give her a 5 out of 5. I also noticed the cook walking through the dining room a few times, he didn’t stop at our table, but he had a warm demeanor and a big smile that gave me confidence in the team working behind the scenes. The entire restaurant was very clean, which is always appreciated. =Final Thoughts= While there are some clear areas for improvement especially in terms of menu layout, pricing transparency, and ambiance there’s also potential here. The food was generally good, and the service was excellent. With some fine-tuning, I could see this spot becoming a worthwhile regular stop. For now, I’d rate it a 3 out of 5 an okay experience, with room to grow.

I ordered Carne Asada street tacos and chips and queso. The tacos had meat with a few sprinkles of cheese and the queso was thick (like it had been reheated from the previous day) and obviously just been nuked in the microwave. The carne asada didnt have any flavor nor did the queso. I went back inside and asked where the Cilantro, lime and onions were and the lady informed me they don't hand out lime and she said she can see cilantro and cheese on the taco and would go add the onion and more cilantro. She carried my tacos back to the kitchen and came back to inform me they were out of onion unless I want red onion. I declined and told her she should have let me know at the time I placed my order. I will not be back. I am attaching a photo of my tacos as well as the advertised picture of Carne Asada Tacos. This is not the same. Take pride in whatever you do and it doesn't go unnoticed. If the cook and the server think this is acceptable, they should serve that to their family. I don't go out to eat often so when I do, I expect to enjoy my food and this was a total let down. Taco Bell would have been better than my lunch today.

I've never advocated for a place to be shut down but it really needs to be. It took over a year to open and has been open for maybe 30 days. The place is dirty, floors are dirty tables are wiped with old rags and bathrooms are greasy. Service wasn't bad nice enough but definitely needs work with the mixed drinks. Made an order the pork belly and black jack and an al pastor and barbacoa. The rice is a "cilantro bastimmi rice" it was uncle Ben microwave Mexican ar best. Korean beef if you can call it that was under seasoned and tough, pork belly was old and tough. Got the street taco brough out on flour and notified the server she claimed they were white corn after a demonstration she took it back and returned with asada and what I cna only assume is a carnita. So not what I ordered and both has not flavor. The Mexican corn again no seasoning no cojita. I give them 6 months max

I want to start off by saying I have owned restaurants before And also worked in them as a server at times I made hundreds a night . It's more behind the picture that is betrayed to the public image.

While we do not see a million things a server has to do , don't forget the refill , or another salsa for table , what about the change especially when the manger takes 10 minutes to break the change , or let me talk to my table 9 before I order table 12 because the kitchen ran out of the lunch special , and didn't tell me personally until 15 minutes after I sent the order , so now table 9 will run behind getting their food. Or what about the fact I may have to stop everything in order to sing happy birthday or grab the door dash order for the delivery driver . AND LASTLY THAT WE HAVE BEEN SUPER BUSY FOR LUNCH AND TWO STAFF MEMBERS CALLED IN OR DIDN'T SHOW ! PLEASE REMEMBER ONE THING , we all have hard days at work , some days just don't match up or go as plan .

So while I am writing this is for a customer who reviewed this establishment , please remember to show kindness and love and support to our community around not every day is perfect ! And the review that was left pointing out someone else shape or size or how they identify , well that showed a characteristics of yourself . Everyone is beautiful and not everyone has the same shape , height or size . And you should feel ashamed pointing that out publicly. And far more of something happened the manager or owner should have covered the situation with all due respect.

So continue on to my review. I have been here about 4 times . Twice this. Lovely girl has served me name Sadie !

The first time I did not have to ask her for a refill , it was already offered . I didn't have to ask her or be told the chips and salsa was coming because she already brought them out when she greeted me and got my drink order . And they were warm , and the salsa was a sweeter salsa where you could taste the flavors that different then most.

When I told her I wanted to try tacos after telling her I only been there twice before. She explained the difference plate prices for the tacos . I told her what I recommend and she was kind enough to tell me the chorizo taco was also one of her favorites .

Which at first I wondered about the combination of chorizo and a hint of pineapple on that taco , but let me tell you today I reorder that chorizo taco because it was the bomb ! The pastor and carne asada was also great don't forget to pair it with the green sauce which I believe is a type of avocado . The cilantro rice is a good side , it's a long grained rice which was different then typical restaurant but very tasty. The flauntas are great too with a side of the fries . The queso was thick and cream , not watery or tasteless which I tried today.

And although I didn't get this while it was running don't forget the taco lunch special with two tacos a side chips and salsa and a drink all for about 10$ how can you beat that !

And most of all the reason I like this establishment is it's not overwhelming or over crowded . I can come enjoy my lunch and sit in peace , where the music is not to loud or crowd of people around with a bunch of commotion! I truly enjoy going and being able to enjoy myself .

So if I would recommend a quiet fast , and good place to enjoy a meal it...

This was my second time coming to this establishment because it was really good the first time I tried it but the second time, all I can say is UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I worked in the restaurant business and I know how customer service is and works. If I could leave no stars I would. The girl kinda heavy set behind the bar was very rude and unprofessional. She barely acknowledge us when we came in. I had to ask for chip and salsa after some time. She left the store unattended to pick up a co worker for about 10-15. Still had not received our food at this time when she did leave. Other customers coming in and leaving due to telling them the girl behind the bar left. Was there over 40 mins. She proceeded to give the two ladies next to us a discount. Our check comes and yes I was expecting the same treatment as the two ladies next to me as it would have been great customer service. The girl behind the bar proceeded to say that it’s on been 40 mins. I felt that was very bias due to the fact we were barley acknowledge to me asking for food to her leaving the store and still hadn’t received our food when she left the store but proceeded to give the other two ladies a discount. Being and expertise in customer service and management, she should have given everyone in the restaurant a discount that was there when she left the place unattended in which it was just the two ladies next to me and the person I was with. Very bad and poor...
