THE ABSOLUTE WORST! How do you have somebody working for you up front at the register who let's people wait in line for more almost 10 minutes just standing there doing absolutely nothing? I called and they said that something happened to the computer. As a customer walking in and it seems like your power never went out, your cashier should've said something. But she didn't. I saw her look at me, look away several times without saying anything, and using her phone up front. The worst customer service ever. After nearly 10 minutes of this, she never greeted me nor thanked me after my purchase. I can understand technical issues (which I was never told), but I cannot understand horrible and worthless customer service! Either yall can train Conchita how to be better at her job or let her go. I needed to do an even exchange for a chone charger I purchased and it happened to be the wrong one. I was told by Paul that he had to check the camera to make sure I purchased the item. He asked what time I was there, I pulled up my cash app and gave him the exact time and total amount. He returns back to tell me he doesn't see me at all on his camera and I didn't purchase the item. I told him I spoke to him and another guy about ink for my Epson printer when I came in to buy the phone charger. He said I didn't work Friday while 2 other ladies in printing area were telling other customers how I stole the item. He then tell me do you want to see my schedule. Not only did I wait forever (only 2 other people in the print area) the first poster print was done on flimsy thin paper, not enough printer ink and came out wrinkled like a paper jam. Next one was scanned and better, but I may as well have been invisible as they continued to help other customers while I still stood waiting with my print spit out and laying on the floor. Icing on the cake was I said I would go ahead and take the thin not enough printer ink poster just so the art work would not be floating around in a trash can. After seeing the $12.99 ring up I said I wasn't going to pay that for the horrid print so it got chucked in the trash can anyways. Pathetic service.
