I like this movie theater a lot. We are members of Cinemark we joined the club because we try to go to the movies every now and then it just kind of adds to our relationship in order to be able to get out and go to the movies every now and then so we did join the club if we hadn't we wouldn't go to the movies at all so this gives us an opportunity to go to the movies every now and then and this theater is fabulous they have reclining seats when you belong to the club you get to make your reservations ahead of time and pick your seats wherever you want to sit you also get rewards points and you get 10% off at the concession stands with your rewards points sometimes. I've never ever been and there when there was like a noise in crowd the bathrooms are always clean and well-stocked the customer service is great everybody's always very nice when you have your tickets ahead of time you don't have to stand in line and wait they have a kiosk that you just walk in the door stick your tickets in and it automatically checks you in so when there's a line outside you just bypass the line stick your tickets in the kiosk and it checks him off and you just go ahead and go in it's a really great movie theater and it saves us a lot of time being members we don't have to deal with the crowds and the noise and it's just a great plan and it's a really really nice movie theater and I love the fact that they have the reclining chairs. They do have handicap accessible seating with chairs next to him for the people that they're with and all the theaters are small so you don't get big crowds of rowdy people in there making a ton of noise I've never been disappointed at this movie...
Read moreWent to the 9:40pm showing of Smile, my first time in a theater since the Beauty and the Beast release day. Great experience other than the only other 2 guests talking throughout the entire movie. Shout-out to Jayden at Concessions for fixing an issue (my fault not the theatres as I was later than I planned or expected) and making sure I received amazing service. Also shout-out to the manager (who's name I didn't catch) but she was a lovely young blonde (I believe cause she had her hair in a bun and it was dark so kinda hard to tell) manager(?) Who took my call after the movie (and multiple attempts to find an employee) and apologized profusely and gave me 2 guest passes because of the people talking throughout the entire movie. While the passes weren't necessary they are definitely appreciated. Even without them the superb customer service will definitely have me coming back! Seriously Jayden and that girl deserve a raise or something for amazing...
Read moreMy husband went to crossroads AT&T to get a new phone. The wait and phone set up took us about an hour which was great considering AT&T, because they are always full, or very busy. Thanks to Raven who was very knowledgeable and the tranaction when quickly and smoothly. Also this representative named Jonathan who worked at AT&T was a delightful ray of sunshine he spoke and said how are you all doing, are y'all ready for Thanksgiving while, Raven was in the back preparing to get our phone. I thought that was so thoughtful for Jonathan to take time to see how AT&T customers was doing.(husband & myself) If more AT&T staff do what these two did; what a seamless visit; he would all have visiting AT&T every time.
