Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Gurnee

Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.

My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.

I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.
