I ordered Thai tea here, and as a Thai tea fanatic, I was quite disappointed. If you haven't had bubble tea before or it's your first time, you might find it decent, but for those who have tried other bubble tea places, this isn't it.

The service was terrible; there were three people on shift, but it took forever to get my order. When I finally got it and took a sip, it was incredibly watered down and tasted metallic. I approached the woman there, who seemed to be the wife of the man working, to request a remake or a refund. She took offense, pretended not to understand English, and turned her back on me to train a new employee. When I asked again about the refund, she acted upset as if I was inconveniencing her.

I went back to the register, and after saying something in their language to the man, they grudgingly gave me a refund. $8 for a watered-down milk tea is not worth it, nor is the poor customer service. I've had my fair share of my experiences at Crepe Cafe. Despite some of the mixed reviews I saw on here, I have never once had a bad moment here. I often see who I believe to be the owners' son working behind the counter alongside his (presumably) girlfriend.

I see the effort to make customers feel appreciated, and it really shows. On multiple occasions, they’ve offered free drinks and extra treats, which is such a kind gesture. Once, I even received a heart drawn on my crepe, which completely made my day. Small details like that make all the difference and show how much they care about their customers.

While I do think there’s some room for improvement when it comes to the food, perhaps in terms of variety or certain flavors, I have never walked away disappointed. The service and atmosphere more than makeup for any small critiques, and I always enjoy my time here.
