I like Starbucks in general, but this location discourages me from supporting them. Living in the town I can walk here easily, but parking is terrible and often clogs the streets around the intersection (quite a few near hits I've witnessed).
The drinks are made better currently, but during the summer i had more poorly made drinks than well made ones. A few occasions i made it a block or 2 down the street before i had to throw out my drink for being too watered down or incorrectly made. Additionally on several occasions I have been told i couldn't have a certain drink due to running out of an ingredient. I have never encountered an issue with lack of ingredients in stock at any other Starbucks, and it seems like it is never corrected.
Being one of the few Starbucks around i believe people give this place more credit than it deserves. To be fair the people who work their are great, and probably the only reason i haven't completely given up on this location. But with so many coffee places in the town, i would much rather go to Saxbys than this...

Put down my laptop and was getting ready to screen lock it when an employee rushed his way over to me and told me that I had to leave because I hadn't ordered anything yet. I had not been in the cafe for long and was in the process of ordering. I decided to go to the register instead of place the order on my mobile app, so that they could see me ordering the beverage in person... and both employees refused to even speak to me, and walked away from the register. I did not do anything wrong, and did not say anything other than attempting to place an order. I am a grown man and have never been kicked out of a cafe or restaurant before.
I have given thousands of dollars to this location in the past. However, I won't be back. I was not offered any app stars for my experience, or informed that the employee would receive performance correction training. In short, all I can conclude is that ownership/management does not care about...
Read moreMobile ordered 1 Grande Iced Coffee at 10:05am on Tuesday. As of 10:22am, the coffee was still not ready and I had to leave to be at an appointment. At one point I went to this location 6 days a week. Used to be absolutely great to go here. I have not been to this location in well over 6 months and I will NEVER go back. They were not busy. There was one young lady making drinks with no care or sense of urgency AT ALL. While others stood there watching her without any concern or assistance. Called customer service for a refund - was NOT refunded the full price I paid for my coffee. I will use my rewards and card balance and then try out Saxby's or local places. Starbucks has really lost their focus on Customer Service in the last few years. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend...
