Sweet T's Bakeshop — Restaurant in Haddonfield

I literally cannot recommend this bakery more. Sweet T's has collaborated with me for months designing my wedding cake, and everyone I've spoken to (from Kristina, who consistently answered my emails quickly and remembered me whenever I came into the shop, to all the other shop workers any time I stopped in) has been the epitome of kindness. Seriously, these women have been so upbeat, good vibes, patient, helpful, full of good ideas and practical solutions that make our combined creativity possible. They were always so excited to work with me, and that excitement was contagious. How could I be stressed with this team on my side??

And the cake. Oh my god, the cake was incredible. After multiple tastings to get all the seasonal flavors, and stopping in for cupcakes to show my mom and friends what I'd been raving about, I can safely say I have never had better cake from any other bakery. And my guests agreed-- over and over, all night and the day after my wedding, I heard that this was the best cake anyone had ever had. And as for the look of it... I think the photos speak for themselves. I was over the moon. It was exactly what I had imagined-- they brought my vision to life!!!

And their shop in Haddonfield is amazing! Looking at it, you think it's going to be a normal shop, but when you walk through the door it honestly feels like being transported into some magical space. I got Diagon Alley vibes because it's just so much more than you'd expect. Seriously, go see for yourself. I am over the moon with Sweet T's, 100% recommend them, they're incredible.

Update, 9 months after the wedding: I'm reaching out to Sweet T's again, this time for my birthday cake. I've gone to them for cupcakes on Mother's Day, for treats for my kiddo. We're planning to ask for an anniversary cake in just another month or two. This has remained my go-to bakery months after discovering them, and I don't see that changing

Update 8/11/2021 A few months back, I ordered cake/cupcakes for this weekend (August 14th). I had to cancel my original order due to a family emergency, and they were so kind about it. I had rescheduled pick-up and started to coordinate the cupcakes with them through email. Unfortunately, I dropped the ball and thought I had replied and didn't, never confirming the cake and pick up. That was July 17th. I showed up today, August 11th thinking the email was sent. I realized MY ERROR and never replied; I had dropped the ball and am without cupcakes. My anxiety was taking over and not allowing me to place another order or even ask for a substitute. However, Their staff is so incredibly kind and sweet that they could talk to me and help me get myself sorted. They offered to put the cupcakes together by the time I needed them. I was then able to discuss my order with them because of their calm and positive demeanor. Sweet T's staff are all exceptional, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you !

I have ordered numerous cakes and cupcakes and purchased from the counter, and every single product has been spot on in flavor, texture, and look. I am a very, very picky person, and it is not easy to have a perfect review from me, but they get it 10xs over. I have never been disappointed by anything they have made, just disappointed i didnt make it there for specific "flavor of the day" cupcakes. I can not forget The customer service, exceptional too. I am very greatful they were able to take my order, it is a treat to be able to order a bakery cake. I was disappointed to see that my order was made incorrectly I did request no sprinkles because of how most conventional sprinkles contain harmful dyes; I wanted portions of the cake to be dye-free for guests. I was dismayed to see glitter sprinkles all over the cake and due to the nature of sprinkles I wasn't able to fix it without ruining the cake. I can see how they wanted to dress up my all white cake but I purchased premium priced dye-free sprinkles to use instead and so, I had to unfortunately inform guests. Most importantly, I wasn't happy with how dry the cake was and how thick the frosting was. I followed thier instructions for keeping the cake strictly. I was so excited to try the cake but, the flavor was just not there. It fell apart as I was cutting due to the sheer weight of the frosting on the top and the inch thick layer on the inside, everyone recieved seperated slices that were falling apart. No one wanted to take any home. It was not what i was expecting for what I paid. The staff are lovely people but it was an embarrassing experience for me and I ended up feeling like a bad hostess...
