McDonald's — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

Got my order confused with the car behind me when I was at the pay window. I told them that that wasn't my order and then they found my order but charged me the wrong amount. Then at the next window, they handed me the wrong order and then said I was undercharged. So they took my credit card back to the first window to fix it while they kept m waiting at the pickup window and blamed me for the mix up. Then they took the wrong order back from me and undoubtedly gave it to the car behind me, which is a health code violation. The whole drive-thru took around 30 minutes even though there were only two cars in line in front of me to start.

Not only were they slow and disorganized while blaming the customer for their mix-up, but they managed to call into question their cleanliness with their lack of compliance with the health code, during increased scrutiny given the COVID-19 pandemic no less. Needless to say, I will...

I placed an order for 1 hotcakes, 4 hash browns and 1 sausage egg mcmuffin without cheese. I repeated that no cheese on my sandwich a total of 3 times. Staff told me that there is no cheese in this sandwich...🤔 I told her I can't have cheese products, I paid and left the restaurant. I finally was able to eat at work only to find that there was indeed cheese in this sandwich. I called to complain but there was no answer when I called this number -477.9133. I let it ring 12 times. This number is on my receipt. I had to eat the sandwich minus the bread because I was hungry. But because there was a little bit of cheese left on it, I had a very bad stomach ache. Would be amazing to see the inside renovated . Feels like im trapped in a 1980s bathroom.

Currently the restaurant is under renovations. Dine in is now closed though drive thru is open. Looking forward to seeing how the inside looks once complete. This renovation in my opinion has been long overdue.

Renovations are complete. Restaurant has turned into one of McDonald's Flagship restaurants on Guam.

Just tried out their mobile app today. Was very impressed. Food came out in around 5 mins of me parking. The food delivery person was also very courteous and friendly. McDonald's is the only restaurant as of May 2023 that has mastered fastfood mobile app service. Keep up...
