I recently put an order in online. Unfortunately I missed either the confirm button or whatever was the last step. After an hour and 15 minutes past I checked my emails and I did not receive a confirmation email so I called to inquire if my order had gone through. It had not. I knew this was my fault not theirs so I asked if I could place an order for delivery they immediately said yes and took my order and told me it would be there in 45 minutes I said that's wonderful perfect thank you so much and hung up. Well, the order did not show up in 45 minutes. It actually was here in 30 minutes! Let me tell you, the food looks absolutely wonderful, the prices were absolutely fair and in the end the flavor everything about it was perfect and I have never been so pleased with the results of a quick first time order from a restaurant for dinner. As I said, from the prices to the service to the delivery time to the quality of the food and the satisfaction after the fact, I was impressed at every level. This place really needs to get their stuff together. Last time I went in for a pick up order, I was greeted by nothing but the backs of all the night shift employees all clowning around. I stood at the counter until one of them acknowledged me and then yelled some girls name until she came. Disrespectful she actually rolled her eyes as she came up to the register. Never even put her phone away. The pizza is alright, and it's close, but its not good enough to deal with the b.s.
Next time I bought a pizza from them through their website like I have done a few times before. Somehow they double charged me, so I called them. After being put on hold 3 times, I was finally able to tell the girl I wanted to speak to a manager. Now they are saying that there's nothing they can do until tomorrow, and that if I get a refund it would take 14 days. This is a store manager that "can't" help me. Stuff ships from China faster. Read moreMy mother ordered Old Bay wings from the Dual Highway location along with other items that came to a total of $40, and when our food came, the total was NOT the amount it should've been, and the wings were NOT old bay wings and they smelled HORRIBLE, almost as horrible as the so-called MANAGER TABATHA's attitude!!! When my mother called back to let them know they had messed our order up, Tabatha was extremely rude and nasty then hung up on her! So when she called back to speak to the manager and Tabatha said I'm the manager and my mother kept asking her why she was being so rude, we hadn't eaten and waited almost an hour for our delivery to end up getting the wrong thing, and she said well we're closing and my mother said what are we supposed to do and she said oh well and hung up again!
