I recently put an order in online. Unfortunately I missed either the confirm button or whatever was the last step. After an hour and 15 minutes past I checked my emails and I did not receive a confirmation email so I called to inquire if my order had gone through. It had not. I knew this was my fault not theirs so I asked if I could place an order for delivery they immediately said yes and took my order and told me it would be there in 45 minutes I said that's wonderful perfect thank you so much and hung up. Well, the order did not show up in 45 minutes. It actually was here in 30 minutes! Let me tell you, the food looks absolutely wonderful, the prices were absolutely fair and in the end the flavor everything about it was perfect and I have never been so pleased with the results of a quick first time order from a restaurant for dinner. As I said, from the prices to the service to the delivery time to the quality of the food and the satisfaction after the fact, I was impressed at every level. I spent 75$ at this place for dinner to pick up and take home to eat ,I was told pickup time 35min so after placing the order after . Being on hold for 5 min they didn’t start the food till 8:00…and I was picking it up by 8:40 ….to drive home 5-7 min to have cold food , and I asked for extra ranch and only got 1 small packet after asking for strawberries on my cheesecake I only got small amount of syrup on top, and this was a double dinner so both cheesecakes didn’t have any …and 1 small ranch for our wings and my girlfriends salad ….I called back to see if they can make it right but was told by the manager that he can only give me a discount for next time , after this there won’t be a next time and I told him and his answer was he don’t care and so I said I will leave a bad review and his response was so what I gotta do…so before spending money on this type of business I would spend...

I order from here quite a lot with my coworkers as we work nearby. I will say the delivery is ALWAYS fast and anyone who has delivered has been pleasant.

My reasoning for the 3-star rating is the quality of the food. I recently ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and the lettuce CLEARLY had not been washed. There was dirt all throughout the salad. I could feel it as I chewed. Gross and disappointing. Especially when I'm paying for this. Also, the way the chicken is cut is not great. The amount of chicken is perfect, but, the pieces are too big and there is ALWAYS gristle. It takes two seconds to cut it off (which I do).I realize that's a silly thing to complain about, but, when I have a limited lunch break, I just want to eat and be done.
