Really disappointed with this place. I ordered an 8” sub or roll from DoorDash with fees and tip it totaled to almost 20 dollars. They delivered a sandwich instead and then refused to refund us or make us a sub roll even though the place is literally 2 minutes from my house and my husband offered to bring the sandwich back to them. They insisted that we made an error but next to the sub we ordered was a picture of the turkey sub there were also other turkey sub with different sizes available, I have never heard or an 8” regular sandwich and I know they’re lying because they conveniently left out the 8” label on our receipt when it was delivered but I have proof from door dash. I tried this place one last time. Not this exact restaurant building but this restaurant chain. There's never enough food in the sandwich and yet they can give you are in a bun or a little bit of food in a bun or a decent amount of food in a bun and it's charged way too much money for it. And it's not even like it's the best roast beef you've ever had it's roast beef like I get at the grocery store. And I'm not sure why but the chips tend to leave a filmy flavor on my tongue. My soda is like a soda at any other fast-food chain so nothing particularly special there either. I did not order but they seemed very nice to my son when he did the ordering.
