McDonald's — Restaurant in Hagerstown

I rarely eat fast food anymore but when I do it's usually a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee at McDonald's if I'm on the road. Unlike other reviewers of this location, I didn't have any particular issues with the service or the food itself. However, the dining area and bathrooms were horribly dirty and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week or so. And I have a high tolerance for that kind of stuff. No kidding, every single dining table had food and grease on it. While looking for a seat, back in the corner was an employee sitting head down on a table sleeping. What manager of any business allows this to happen??? Maybe that was the manager...We decided to take our food outside to the car to eat. Also, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Sticky floors with urine spots everywhere, really dirty urinals with brown stains, brown stains on the counter top. I wish I had taken pictures for you all. My girlfriend said the women's restroom was the same. Thinking back, the line for the drive thru was crazy long. I guess they were locals who knew better than to go inside. Corporate McDonald's should visit this place and see if that's the image you want represented by your...

Resteraunt was clean, as others have mentioned. Lobby is open allegedly 24 hours and they do allow you to come inside but myself and 7 other people stood in line roughly 10 minutes, before i asked the gentlemen first in line if he had ordered yet. He replied no so i offered to ask if the location was even open, walked to the pickup area and after being ignored for around 3 additional minutes raised my voice (not yelling just to be heard) and asked "are you folks open or no?" Which was ignored. Following that i waited till i could make eye contact with the manager and again, loudly enough to be heard asked "ma'am are you drive thru only right now?" As several cars had come and went. Finally we got a response, she walked over and said no the lobby is open but im the only one here right now, and walked away from all 7 of us. I retook my spot in line thinking she would come over after finishing the current order or some other vain hope. The man first in line left, followed by 3rd and 4th walking out. After a total of about 18 mi utes waiting i left aswell so i cant tell you if the last two gentlemen ever got to order,...

Just came through here with my family and had the WORST experience. Everything was fine until we were at the second window getting our food and we asked for water for the kids. We asked for two, and would have paid for them if needed and the young man at the window told us 'you can have one water'. We again asked for two as we needed two for two different children and he smirked and walked away saying 'you will get one water'. We had just purchased $30 worth of food so I'm not sure what he was upset about but when he came back not only did he make us think he had messed with the water he only brought one water. As an immunocompromised cancer survivor I am disgusted, it's extremely dangerous to mess with someone's food and this young man needs to be disciplined. We also were still missing item: a soda and another sandwich. He left and then never came back. We obviously couldn't feed the children this probably tainted water.

Do not give this terrible McDonald's your business, just go somewhere else. I can't come back because I can't risk my recovery on an...
