Listen, I understand it's a McDonald's. I don't expect five star service necessarily. But I definitely didn't expect service this bad.
I arrived on a Saturday morning and tried to order on the app. The app said this restaurant was not accepting orders. Ok weird.
I pull around to the second lane since there is a car in the first. I sit. And sit. Finally, the car in the first line pulls around, and I hear a voice asking for my order. She is asking in the wrong speaker.
She tells me she can hardly hear me and I told her that she's in the wrong speaker. She says oh… That's the problem… And proceeds to take two or three minutes and still doesn't come onto my speaker.
By now there's a new car in the first lane, and she starts taking his order. I'm getting frustrated and start to pull away when finally someone comes on to take my order.
I proceed to sit in the line waiting to pay and get my food for over 20 minutes.
The line is so slow that at one point, someone who has already ordered literally pulls away. Other people that are in line to order pull away. If I had been in any rush, there's no way I could've stayed for my food.
There was no apology. No addressing of the issue. I will not be returning to this location...
Read moreTonight we decided to dine in, overall disappointing. Main issue is compete lack of acknowledgement by the staff. I'm not used to the self service kiosks, so had some confusion on simply ordering and paying. The screen which prompts you to pay has vague instructions. It mentioned using table tents and QR codes, but no tents were in the vicinity, once one was found...no sign of a QR code. Sure, being new to it I'd accept I'm just not with the program, but my complaint is the zero response from an employee. I had the "request assistance" light on for some time before finding help from a customer. Next, after a forgivable longer wait then I'd expect I realize the foods sitting on the counter...soo they don't bring it out? That's what your kiosk and tent say? At least call our number?? Hollering "Hey 17 is up!" would have been fine, but nothing. Glad I happened to look over and recognize the order. It just seems like no one who works here has any remote desire to interact with the public. I'll give 3 stars because my daughter liked her food and flurry. Now their arguing and cussing. Read moreUpdate: Based on more recent experiences (mostly breakfast orders) I have once again become "critical" of this McDonald's. Slow service whether during busy times or slow, not the best food quality, and worst of all, inaccurate order filling. The deficienies at this location need to be addressed.
Previous review from about two years ago: I was once very critical of this particular store, but recently I've had some good experiences. The drive-thru line has been moving quickly, and my orders have been accurately filled. It looks to me like there are some new faces inside. I'm mostly a weekend customer, so I can't speak to the service on weekdays. I usually use the drive-thru, since Verizon data service is very poor in this part of town, and the mobile order pickup spaces at this location are kind of down in a hole, and close to a larger building, making it next to impossible to place a mobile order after parking. Not really McDonald's fault of course, just a tip. If it's not already obvious to anyone, placing a mobile order through the app will make your experience much smoother at any McDonald's, and save you...
