This review is not based off a one time experience this is based of multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. In my past 2 orders food has been missing or made incorrectly. Previous times to that food is simply just bad or not fresh. Today due to emergency we had to eat out and we very pinched on time (not saying that’s anyone’s fault but just for context) once again wings were missing, wrong fries both burgers made incorrectly after spending $52 so my shock when not even one of my meals were made correctly was super frustrating. So I called up there and Nicole was willing to make things right and offered to completely remake my order she said be there in 10 minutes so I left immediately. Again we were short on time no one’s fault but after an exhausting day of work was frustrated to make this commute twice. So I get there and Nicole asked me where the food was and I simply told her that she didn’t say to bring anything back she just said come up here and we’ll remake your order I was in a rush and extremely pinched for time I just left everything on my counter and just rushed to get the new food so I could just move on with my day. Well she wanted to be rude and argumentative about the food missing even when it wants disclosed to me to bring it back. Her attitude had become very aggressive with me and with this NOT being the first time but one of many encounters of messed up orders. The food she said would be finished wasn’t yet so taking in account my past experiences and Nicole’s rude disposition I decided to proceed for a refund. Which I feel entitled to being this wasn’t the first time this has happened to us and her being very rude. I try not to do this because being a previous restaurant worker I know that someone always pays for it if not the customer. After I told her I was done arguing with her and if she wasn’t going to give me the food she had me come up here for I was done waisting my time and she could give a refund. She then said nothing and just slammed the pick up window in my face came back with the voided receipt and slammed the window again. Highly unprofessional and bad attitude. Not a way to treat a customer for an order that your employees messed up on. Miscommunicate with me over the phone and then get angry when I don’t read your mind to bring the food back when I’m Just in a rush and trying to end my night. Overall we will not be back ever!! Due to the reoccurrence of bad service and now bad customer service. And Nicole directly to you, if you’re a manager, be better lead better. No wonder so many mistakes fall through the cracks if you’re the best example for that shift. And to the owners, just know Nicole lost your company money due to her terrible management ethic and customer service. I dined at this location with a friend last night (1/29/25). We told the waitress we were going to share our dinner, and to please give us some extra plates when the food arrived. I also ordered a beer. We asked the waitress to bring the beer, and my friend's salad, first and hold off on the entrees, so we had time to eat the salad, and I, drink the beer.
It took a very long time before she came back, and when she did it was to tell me you did not have the beer I wanted, so I ordered a different one. Again, a very long time before she returned. This time with the beer, and the salad. She left, and we expected she was going back to bring the extra bowl that she neglected to bring (originally she said "...don't worry, I got you covered"). Well, she didn't.
We waited quite a while, and then asked the young boy who seated us (as he walked by our table bussing a different table) if we could get us an extra bowl. He did immediately!
As we finally started the salad and beer, here comes our waitress with our entrees, although we weren't ready for them. And when we reminded her about extra plates she said, "I don't know if we have other clean plates."
Really???
Eventually, she came back with two small plates (after we used paper towels to clean out our salad bowls of leftover lettuce and dressing).
Although she did not deserve it, we gave her a more than generous tip and left. This morning I thought about our experience, and it bothered me so much I simply had to write to you.
Also, while I am at it, the table we sat at (booth near front window) was EXTREMELY sticky. So, overall this was not the type of dining experience I have when I usually go to the Winter Haven restaurant.
I hope you take to heart my comments. If I felt this way, I sure there are others that feel the same way also. Thank you for your time.

Read moreFirst of all, let me just preface that this was not our first time at this specific Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location. We only go to this location because the other near Championsgate just doesn’t compare.
The wings are top tier. And tonight, we were completely blown away. They came out fast and fresh with our basket of curly fries. Extra wet. Extra good. It was like Mike Evans and Baker Mayfield had a baby and it was brought to our table just so we had the absolute pleasure of gazing upon it. Beautiful.
The playlist tonight was a complete vibe. To the line cook who specifically picked this playlist just so you could time Vindicated with your smoke break to stand out in the rain, who hurt you?
Next, service was impeccable. We were greeted promptly when we got to the door, got a table, and were greeted within two minutes by our server. We’ve had Leah before and she’s a seasoned server. She - and her junior server in training wearing the medals - were very nice and very helpful. Leah was a bit busy when my second drink was ready. The bartender saw an opening, grabbed my drink, and bit off a chunk of yardage like she was Bucky Irving to deliver my drink. Impeccable.
