Taco Bell — Restaurant in Haines City

Unfortunately I used to really enjoy this location. It was always constant and the very few times it wasn't they always made it right. I ordered a simple bean burrito and was shocked when I bit into it to find it a dangerously low temperature, pieces of nacho chips in it and lettuce strips when I realized I was still in the parking lot and was able to go to the drive thru to request a remake. Arriving home I realized it was still a weird temp and foreign ingredients in it. When I called the location to speak to a manager, the manager identified herself and stated she remembered me and that there was no way any of what I was saying could be true. In fear of contaminated food being served to others, I told her I was only calling to advise her of this worry. She continued to argue with me and had another employee take the call and asked if I was going to come back to have it remade again. I told her, who ever she is, I was uninterested and wanted a refund as my food was not edible. I was so hungry, I tried to eat it but simply couldn't. I found the behavior to be aggressive and very unprofessional. I was shouted at and a little concerned. I simply stated I am taking pictures and can only say what I recieved. It was a night mare. Im not sure if management changed but what ever happened, was for the worse. I never thought I would be accosted over a bean burrito....

August 9.2025 Just left Taco Bell to get an order filled that the manager told me they would replace from door dash. The manager told my husband they will not honor it because it was a week ago and couldn’t remember the manager name. The manager on duty Also advised my Husband that we may have called the wrong location knowing we have an order number and address from Door Dash still didn’t acknowledge we had a receipt left a review with door dash from the night but since we were out of town and waited a week to return they did not let us get the order remade as promised. Told us to call door Dash when the manger told us to come for replacement if I could give O stars I would I felt racially discriminated against as if it was a case of derogatory like I just wanted free food when all I wanted was my order replaced as promised. we work hard for our money I understand stand it was 2:30am but their is no reason our order was completely messed up and not accommodated for because we returned...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only was the staff rude, but when asking a question to one employee they rolled their eyes and ignored us as if we weren't even there. Then she walked away. We needed to stop and grab a late (9pm) dinner. We ordered 4 crispy chicken boxes and asked for some extra hot and fire sauces. They gave us 3...total... for 4 meals. When we asked if we could have some more another employee, as she handed us our food, rolled her eyes and replied "ooookaaaayyy?!?!" Then to top it all off when we got our food only 1 box had anything chicken in it. Every thing was tossed in the boxes with mostly cheese and lettuce, just a sloppy mess. And it was cold. . The haines city taco bell has the WORST customer service I have seen. And it is not the first time the staff has gotten rude with customers. I have witnessed it multiple times.
